True and I don’t disrespect them, however the vast majority of female strippers have serious mental problems almost always due to daddy issues.

What girl doesn't have daddy issues these days? I mean, I get saying that back in the day but with social media, both parents working ect. Theres no perfect family anymore.

Then on top of it girls that were scared to go to a club are doing shit online now like my niece.

I just want to know where all these great women are. My boy at the gym runs through the women. Funny part is they all know it and don't give a shit as long as they're next. We've had two now ask for a double team. I dont cheat so that was a no go for me. Girls these days might as well charge for it unless there's a difference in giving it away or charging for it.

Let’s keep this rolling I appreciate all the different perspectives. I am definitely leaning towards giving her a shot. She has been really truthful and is not necessarily proud of her work. I can see her making the necessary changes to move on from that lifestyle. It’s just not going to be on my timing and it will be when she’s ready.

I said some dumb shit today too. I basically assumed she got piped down and she cried and got pissed. She said she has only been truthful to me and does not do that shit and said that it hurt a lot.

It’s hard to get the entire picture through messages. But I am smothering all flickers of distrust with her. She knows her work bothers me. Just getting involved with her brought a lot of shit to the surface. Whether or not this ends terribly, dies out naturally, or lasts a lifetime. At the end of the day. Working through the insecurity, distrust, self worth/self image stuff, will only strengthen my character.

Of course I didn’t tell her I’m on gear. She found out on her own. She doesn’t like it. When she found out, I hinted at lifestyle changes. I elaborated more on my perspective of my hormone use and it’s affects on me. I tried to indirectly relate it to why she may choose the lifestyle she has. Obviously our reasons were different but I figure it was a way for her to recognize that she has no place in my hormone use unless she would consider changing her lifestyle.

I guess I am looking for someone to answer the way I’d like. I’m already fixated on the decision. I pretty much am looking for advice in dealing with the decision I’m making and whether or not anyone has some valuable experience or noteworthy comments that would help me overcome this.

I’m fortunate I haven’t been to a strip club/club/ or bar. I don’t use drugs or drink anymore. So this whole “fun” side of this situation is off the table. I think that’s why she wants to see where we go.

If she's currently making really good money. She quits moves on with you. Takes a job where she makes 1/4 to maybe 1/2 what she currently is. How do you think she will take that after a few months? Will she miss the money, resent you for her quitting and possibly go back to stripping because the money is good. Might be something to talk about and come up with a plan.

Honestly, my response was 50% sarcasm (as usual).

@OP....you're a grown man, make your own decisions. You know you have a long bumpy road ahead of you. But even in the best relationships, there will be rough times. As long as you're aware of the situation and willing to be man enough to deal with it...who cares what others think? Stripper girlfriends, special needs kids, rescue dogs...they all need people with big hearts willing to help them. Just don't overload your plate with more drama than you can handle at the end of the day.

I am going to see a HRT doc this week. I think sitting down and talking to her about educational stuff and money stuff may be too soon. She definitely takes care of herself and has fitness goals as well as fitness career goals. It’s clear as day though. Stripping is good money and is probably easy money for her. After working for way less, having the conversation about her going back may be a good conversation to have. I couldn’t afford to send her to school nor do I think that’s what she wants. I could help out with getting certifications and creating more time by helping out with her kid and regular responsibilities.

I was talking to someone and they said, take it slow. When she’s ready to change her lifestyle she will. I was even told to probably seek counseling despite this circumstance

Staying in shape is pretty important if she plans to stay in the sex industry long term. She will definitely need help taking care of her kid also if she’s doing any work on the side at home. It’ll be important that you watch him so that he doesn’t walk in on her and any of her clients. Unless of course, if she moves onto porn, then you can just babysit for her.
