What is Sten doing for you brah?

I’ll be honest... nothing yet. I’ll let you know in about 6 weeks how I feel about it.

Right now I just have that “on” feeling. But I went from 250 a week of test(for several months) to the following

Test c 250- .75 ml eod
Sten 100- 1 ml eod
Eq 500-.75ml eod
Winny- 40 mg ed

So basically I just feel geared. Crazy pumps and completely wiped out after a work out.

Yeah it’s a big change for sure... especially after cruising for so long. That and upping the food along with real fortitude work outs.

Beat how? In guessing mentally.

No my legs were pretty sore before starting so by time I got to the end of the first mr set I could barely walk... I’m just not in good enough shape yet.

Mentally I was beat also. I prefer an earlier work out time. End of the day work outs just aren’t as good for me. Being in sales and having 4 of my employees out, I was fucking slammed yesterday... hell im going to be slammed for a while. There is a lot going on right now.

Im trying working is killing my summer Bod planz.. Not even close to ready for bikini szn..

was supposed to gym yesterday but had to stay late at work so no gym.. Kept the food good though.. Then went to work early this morning because I have to leave early to get the kids to practices..

But I have a good feeling about the mega millions ticket in my pocket. so any day now Ima be rich.

Yeah I had my cheat meal this morning.. Two cinnamon bun donuts and a glazed crumb...Still have to eat more carbs today though. I wont hammer much more fat but will be eating pasta, sticky rice, and maybe some cereal.. along with about 30 oz of chicken and ground turkey... But I already have 20 oz down and 2 cups cooked broccoli.
 
Been in reno for 4 days... I did my Muscle round work outs but had to use the hotel gym.. I dint feel these work outs were very good.. I had limited machines and no free weights. Im probably going to redo them... Nutrition sucked. I was at a volley ball tournament for my daughter and really didnt want to eat a bunch of junk so I ended up not eating much. Spinach ham and cheese omelets in the morning followed by 6 hours of volley ball not able to leave and then went to gym then dinner usually meat and salad then bed and starting again.

but eating is back on track yesterday and today.. meat and veggies probably do a load day tomorrow.

they did really well! 2 game away from taking the gold division(highest division for her age).. they were ranked in the 20's(bronze division) going in and finished out 6th. They lost by a point on the third set and they almost beat the team that won the whole thing. All the teams on the last day were pretty evenly matched.

and those machines sucked! GDI! :(

Brutal workout!!!

I am absolutely beat.. mentally and physically.. I just lost another employee today after not showing up the last three days(lol she was crying at her desk the last couple days she worked)... and I had 4 people not show up for interviews this week! What the phuck is wrong with people these days.. can nobody just show up and work for 8 hours... right now I’m doing accounting, new business in commercial, renewing my accounts and quoting 10-20 homes a day and binding an average of six a day. I’m beat. My personal lines side I running on a skeleton crew and writing over 100 policies a month. Many many more long days ahead of me.

At least working out makes me feel a sense of relief.. I just forget about it all and focus.
