Good news! It looks like the borders in affected regions are starting to re-open and some of the delayed orders have already been shipped from Asia. Unfortunately, due to the persistent export limitations we can’t ship everything at once. We’re working hard to make sure that all orders will be out as fast as possible.
 
That's good to hear. In the past, all orders have been on point; however recent developments across the globe have thrown a wrench into the expediency of shipments (at least that is what I think is going on).

With previous orders, all shipments appear in the system within 24-48 hours after being provided the tracking number. But for my recent order, the tracking number has shown still in-route to post office since 3 Feb. Hopefully by tomorrow there's an update. I know the disclaimer says 3-5 days (in some instances) for some updates to show online, which is right about now.

Thank you for understanding.

We have about 3% of delays in normal times. Bit over that during holidays... Everyone who gets a delayed order gets a bonus code for next time, or maybe some freebies.

This situation with the coronavirus was unlike anything we've seen.
 
Guys.

Things are taking time to get back to normal.

We're still seeing major delays.

The entire industry is going thru chaotic times, but we're doing our best to get every package delivered.
