My girlfriend and I are both trying to get our diets in check, we are both in good shape and make it to the gym 5 days a week. I am looking for a little advice for a cutting diet for a female. my questions are
1. What would the projected calorie amount per day? 500 less than normal or is it a set number
2. Should I go low carb high protien
3. what are some examples of a meal and how many meals a day?
any advice would be great
also want to add she and I will be starting clen soon but I want to get her diet on point first to maximize the results as that is the most important part of weight loss.
