Sustanon/NPP Blend

Hey guys. Wanted to get your guys opinion on this blend
200mg/ml Sustanon 100mg/ml NPP
One person who is very knowledgeable told me that it would hold at 2% ba 20% bb with MCT oil. No eo needed. What do you guys think? Is he right? I have some eo so I can use it if I have to. I’m not sure if I’ve ever injected eo before but I have bought some strong blends before so I’m sure I probably have. So I don’t think I’ll have a problem using it if need be.

Doubt you need EO for that. 2/20 should work but I would probably go for 2/23. Always can mix it and leave it in a beaker for a few days before filtering and putting in vials though to make sure it doesn't crash.
