I do 22:30 step mill
Workout - one body part
Then do another 22:30 step mill
Total 45min each workout 5x a wk

Keeps me where I need to be.

Gees he is annoying AF!

Been upping my cardio every week on the cut. Doing cardio 9 times per week. 450 cal per session. Except for the two days I double up. The second session is usually a little less.
 
Any cardio is good for you. Most need more besides the young ectomorph/hardgainer. I like it so I can eat a bit more variety of foods! Lol
