I got really curious about the FTPP (for some reason, the article had it mislabeled as "fttp"). I was completely unfamiliar with it and went down the rabbit hole. 40% fat loss in 4 weeks, who wouldn't right? Has *anyone* ran this? It seems like if it worked as claimed, we'd all be talking about it.
