Is this supposed to be run with Test or just as a base. I’ve seen where it can be used alone, but from my research it appears it would be better to be added to a normal Test cycle. Any help would be much appreciated.

Yeah run it w test.
 
I’m running it now with test and tren. But yes should by run with tren. The name 1-test cyp is deceiving.

Yea what they all said. The name 1-Test is deceiving because it's not actually a form of test. You'll want to add in at least a maintenance dose of test to keep yourself feeling good and everything working properly.
