Get Shredded!
1/2 cup peanut butter
1, 5.3oz container vanilla yogurt (I use light yogurt for lower sugar content)
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder (approx. 26 grams protein)
10 grams creatine powder
10 grams glutamine powder
1 level tablespoon sweet-n-low
2 cups milk

Add listed contents then fill blender about 2/3 - 3/4 full with ice and then top off with water until ice floats. If it seems too thick for the motor of your blender, just add a little more water to thin it out. I have a cheap blender so it's not very powerful. Results may vary.

I love these and usually have them during the day as a meal. If I was told that I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be this.

Ohh I love this...thanks for sharing!

I'd crush the ice first in my Ninja then add the ingredients.

Here is the one I make, similar to the OP's

For one:
6 ice cubes
One cup frozen banana slices... Pre freeze sliced into about 1/4 inch thick disks and freeze
One cup Almond Milk... I use unsweetened
One cup raw spinach leaf
One heaping tablespoon of Peanut butter

Run through Smoothie Setting

don't forget the oats and Graham crackers :)

Mmm that sounds like tasty additions to make it like a banana cream pie :)
