After asking around the forum for some advice on my very first cycle and later searching from where to order I decided to try with PSL.

Order story
So far so good, registered on the website, at that time there was some promotion and some discounts going on. So I ordered what I needed. (1x Aromasin, 1x Tamoxifen, 1x Clomid, 2x HCG, 10x Bacteriostatic Water, 3x Test E + I got Test Prop as a gift). I remember it was **** when I saw the order was shipped and **** I get a card from the post office, I was like no way. Then I go there, I pick up the order, open it and boom. ***Less than a week for International shipping, well that's amazing. I never had something received that quick in my life, not even with the DHL or fedex. Then I open the package I am going through to see if everything is okay, and turns out instead of Aromasin I get Proviron (I still have no idea what the hell is this one, I have to search for it). So I message them and they ask me to take a picture. I send them right away, and they are, "sorry for the mistake, we will send you Aromasin right away". And in the meantime I forgot that I ordered only 2x HCG, I needed 4 in total, so I message them again if they can add them into the order. Turns out they can, and asked me to pay for half the price of the shipping which is totally understandable because if I didn't asked for HCG I wouldn't need to pay for the shipping, still fair play. And I receive the package after 10 days (I think it was some sort of a holiday so due to this there was some delays but I wasn't in a rush).
Overall 10/10. (response + shipping)

This was from September 2019. I was planning to start from November with the cycle, but due to being sick + injury I couldn't do anything and I wanted to start after I was fully recovered.

Stats:
27 yold
194cm tall
93kg (lost around 3kg due to being sick and injury in like a 3 month period)

Cycle:
For the very first cycle I plan to run the following things:

1-12 weeks @ Test E 400mg a week (Monday morning 200mg & Thursday afternoon 200mg)
3-12 weeks @ HCG 500iU a week (Monday morning 250iU & Thursday morning 250iU)
6 week @ bloodwork (and from here decide whether I need Aromasin or no)

PCT:
15-19 weeks Tamoxifen at 50mg the first 2 weeks and then 25mg the other 2 weeks and 12.5mg the last week - every day
15-19 weeks Clomid at 40mg the first week and then 20mg for the other 3 weeks and 10mg the last week - every day

You made the right choice with us bro you will not be disappointed. Sorry about the little mix up but glad it’s already being taken care of ASAP. Might as well add that proviron into this cycle ;) that’s great your doing bloodwork as well, post your mid cycle bloods and we will compensate you for doing so.

No worries guys! I would definitely stay with you, I did my research and I am that type of guy that sticks with 1 thing except with pussy.

Anyway I dont know shit about Proviron so I wont be using it now, theres plenty of time till it expires, and definitely would be looking to use it maybe later (in the next cycle).

Also will be starting with the cycle from Monday.

Here's my diet.

Meal 1:
250ml 3.2% milk
1 large banana (130gr)
50gr peanut butter
100gr oats
(35P, 109C, 40F) = 936 calories

Meal 2:
5 whole eggs (scrambled)
Handful of spinach
100gr cottage cheese
(63P, 5C, 63F) = 839 calories

Meal 3: (preworkout meal)
280gr of spaghetti
1 can of tuna
Half a lemon (squeezed)
5gr sea salt or 5 small pickles
(57P, 216C, 12F) = 1200 calories

Meal 4: (post workout)
5 scoops mass tech
Apple
(63P, 131C, 8F) = 848 calories

Meal 5:
130gr of steak
200gr of rice
Cabbage salad
(51P, 157C, 6F) = 886 calories

Total calories: 4709

Just wanted to add my .02 to your PCT the doses look a bit off to me. 20mg is a standard dose for nolvadex and 50mg is a standard dose for clomid. Some may double thoes for the first week and run 40mg nolva and 100mg clomid but personally I used to stick with 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid the whole ride. I’ve never seen anyone run nolvadex higher than clomid for pct.

also with the HCG I’d only run it from week 12-14 and double the dose. Like I said just wanted to give my .02 and maybe here your response on why you decided to run it the way you are.

I am not an expert either but everyone that I asked said to me everything looks good. (talking about the PCT dosages)

About the HCG, not many people use it on the forum and didn't get quite the answers however I did some research and I came across this one which I think the best explains about the HCG including the dosages, so I took it as an advice. And I think personally running at these dosages like this from week 3-12 is much better than doubling the amount of dose in the last 2 weeks and I believe running for only 2 weeks won't help that much.


Yesterday after I came back from workout, drink the gainer and like 1 hour later I had a strong headache which I could barely handle so I had to go to bed and missed 1 meal. However this won't happen today.

Woke up this morning at 5:30AM did some work. After 2 hours (got dragged away by the work) it's time for first meal. I plan to workout at 1-2PM.

7:40 AM

130gr steak
45gr cottage cheese
200gr rice
+ half squeezed lemon

Next meal at 10:30AM

However since yesterdays injection, my butt, (the area where I injected) is a bit sore, first time experiencing something like this but it's okay not that big of a deal.

Plans changed a bit.

Just finished my 3rd meal. Which was the shake but this time without the banana. I will keep the banana for the post workout shake with the gainer from Muscle Tech, I want to give him a better taste.

250ml of 3.2% fat milk
100gr of oats
50gr of peanut butter

Today I am hitting chest + abs. In like 1 hour from now.
Too lazy at the moment to google the exercises and translate them in English but overall I will be doing:

8 exercises in total (some dips, some cables, some dumbbells)
each exercise 5 sets
each set reps at the following: 15, 12, 10, 8, 7-8

I finally ended up experimenting w carbs -glucose(dextrose), maltodextrin, waxy maize, hbcd’s, and making all kinds of concoctions w whey isolate, whole egg, egg white, casein, beef and chicken isolate protein powders. I basically use what I tolerate best or need at certain times. This supplement is my favorite but is damn expensive

I was experimenting as well but my stomach don't react well with most of the things you've mentioned. I tried with whole egg, dextrose, maltodextrin, I have cramps from all these, I don't know but it doesn't work for me well. So these are out and not to be consumed in shake. Even coffee kills my appetite, for example if I have a breakfast and drink coffee after that, I won't be hungry for the next 7 - 8 hours and if I try to force myself to eat 1000% I will puke the food 2 - 3 minutes later after eating. So I don't drink coffee either.

Last week I was super hungry after workout and I drink the entire thing right away 1.25L. 30 minutes later I started feeling like shit and looked like a pregnant woman, definitely wasn't a good idea. The only way that works for me is when I drink for around 30 - 60 minutes, like chilling take a sip and so on ... and I am not bloated at all. But I do pee like 5-6 times in 1 hour:funny: and I feel like eating 2 hours after this. (I saw a lot of reviews on BB where people are not able to eat for more than 6 hours lol)

But I believe you can like separate the 5 scoops into 2 shakes instead of 1 hulk shake if you feel like struggling. Maybe pre-workout take 2 scoops, then after workout take the other 3 scoops and like that it would be better than chugging the entire thing. I might start doing this but only when I feel tired of drinking like this. Definitely will be looking for another ways.

I think Monstadon compared with Mass Tech is the same in terms of price where in terms of ingredients Mass Tech is a bit better. Except with Mass tech you have to drink like hulk where with Monstadon you can do it EZPZ. I bought it off BB.com for € 40,59 where the 2nd tub comes at 50% off which is amazing, but still if you look at it, it's a bit expensive if you don't get it on a 50% off. So if you go with 5 scoops it would last only 14 days. But I don't mind drinking a barrel of this gainer. The only thing I fucked up is ordering the same flavor aka vanilla, so far it's okay but I can see in the next month putting nesquick powder or maybe peanut butter or something. I have in total 6 tubs for entire cycle but man it's gonna be tough game :pissed: (but I aint a quitter)

I mix cottage cheese with everything. I can't live without it.

Btw today is a rest day. Tomorrow will hit legs from which I will have hard time walking for the next 2-3 days.

Since I finished eating the steak & rice as well squeezed half a lemon, damn it taste so good, and I have no more.

I just cooked a new batch for the next 5 days.

As I mentioned in the first post I am 93kg.

Anyway today was a big mistake.

I woke up and was lazy to make the peanut butter/banana/oats/milk shake or cook eggs, so I decided to go with the gainer as first thing in the morning and plan to workout after 1 and a half hours.

It was legs day, and I ran like 3-4 times at the bathroom was about to puke this gainer. Lesson learned. I will choke this thing post workout, never pre. However I did smashed my legs and after that the injection was a bit painful due to my glutes being destroyed but overall it was great. Tried to stretch as much as I could to help a bit, which indeed helped.

As I came back from the gym I rushed to the kitchen. I had 200gr of rice with 130gr of steak + half squeezed lemon on top of it. Damn the lemon helps a lot. So nice and tasty.

Next meal would be in 1 and a half hour. (it's been already 30 minutes since I had my post workout meal) but I am feeling hungry.

Spaghetti with tuna, I think no need to post pictures of food anymore because it would be the same pictures over and over.

No sweat on the pics bro. Just thought maybe one before pic and one after pic. It's nice sometimes to hear what other's have to say about your progress. You're like me though....I don't think I've ever posted a pic of myself on here...one of the reasons is obvious considering the nature of my work.

Also....you have a solid build and great physique. You could have told me you've been cycling for a few years and I'd believe you. A lot of people struggle to achieve that size and leanness even with gear let alone naturally. Some extra glycogen retention from the gear will make your muscles pop, and even more 3D. I'm excited for you bro.

Lastly....don't hold back on the food porn. I assure you it does not get old. Also it gives myself and others ideas to use ourselves. As you know a bodybuilding diet can get monotonous. When you eat so often and are always prepping you run out of ideas for new recipes and you don't always have time to put 100% into what you're making. It's usually macros > taste. But seeing what others make helps a ton.

Btw- I forgot to mention; (for stomach comfort and GI help). I started taking pure Aloe Vera Drinks(the Asian, green ones) with the pulp in it! Seriously, soothes the stomach and made a major difference in my hydration. Just felt a lot better.

I completely understand you. A lot of people won't believe me that I've been natural until now.
Coming from a village where the only source of income was to sell wood where people use to heat up their homes in the winter. This includes working, I would more call it a grinding from 6AM until 10PM every single day (yes they did paid a lot of money to each worker) but this included, cutting the wood, splitting in half, load the truck. I was doing this non - stop for 8 years and then finally I was able to afford to buy a nice apartment in the city :clapping:. I was also physically active 8+ hours a day for almost 10 years. When I moved in the city and applied to be a fireman, to me all the physical tests were like a joke, I passed them with 100/100. And we do have some rigorous trainings but those are only twice a week (Wednesday & Sunday) where we train with the military. So this helped a lot with building up the physique as well good / healthy diet.

I don't force anybody to believe that I am natural or not. It's totally up to them, I have nothing to lose and no intend to lie :nono:

The only thing I was using in the past from which I had decent improvement was test boosters.

Not to mention through eating meals etc ...

And overall I drink like 5.5L a day of water since I started with the cycle. Also I can tell I am well hydrated when I go to pee and I see the pee is like a water.

If I was about to start this cycle in the summer, the water intake would be around 7.5L or so. In summer I drink shit tons of water.

Anyway, here's the first meal of the day.

130gr of rice (I needed 200gr of rice but this was the leftover and I am always lazy in the morning to wait for new rice to cook so I put something additional)
130gr of steak
half squeezed lemon over the steak and rice
2 french toast with a tiny bit of butter and some mixture of seasoning.

I know I haven't posted any pic of food lately, or gave any updates but everything is going as planned, no meal nor workout has been skipped. Made a new version of the steak, this time with mustard sauce to give a bit different taste. (Will post a pic tomorrow)

Regarding the recovery I started feeling it since the 2nd pin. I noticed after destroying my muscles I feel only tiny bit of soreness the next day but the other day I am all good. I feel like I've never been lifting.

From this week I am starting to hit two muscle groups per workout as the recovery is amazing. So far it looks like this.

Mon (Chest & legs & abs)
Tue (Back & shoulders & abs)
Wed (day off)
Thu (biceps & triceps & abs)
Fri (legs & chest)
Sat (shoulders & back)
Sun (abs)

2 hours per workout, except Sunday where I do abs for 20 mins.

In terms of cardio, in the days when I dont train legs I just walk to the gym from my house, which is 2km away.

Also upped my water intake. I am drinking 6L of water per day.

Regarding the gainer I changed the way I consume it.

Current plan looks like: 1 scoop immediately after I wake up with 250ml of water, 1 scoop with 250ml of water 1 hour before gym, 2 scoops immediately after workout with 500ml of water, and 1 scoop with 250 ml of water 1 hour before sleeping.

I know I haven't posted any pic of food lately, or gave any updates but everything is going as planned, no meal nor workout has been skipped. Made a new version of the steak, this time with mustard sauce to give a bit different taste. (Will post a pic tomorrow)

This is what I really like about AAS. The recovery and ability to put in more volume. When I was natural I would get so bored sometimes and all I wanted to do was go to the gym but I know I already destroyed every muscle group in my body and I didn't wanna over-train. Who knows what the actual threshold is for over-training as a natural....but at least with AAS you know it's damn near impossible. If you get bored and wanna break routine and throw in another chest session on an off-day....you can. :)

Exactly, I didn't knew the recovery would kick in so fast. I thought it would be at week 4 when testosterone fully kicks in like someone mentioned in my "help thread".

The only thing I hate is after I pin the next day my glute fucking hurts so bad. And the 2nd day it hurts as well but after that (3rd day) the pain slowly goes away.

That's why when I pin on Monday instead of morning pin, I do afternoon pin, because in the morning I workout and after that I don't have to worry how the fuck I will train my legs where I can barely sit on my ass lol.

Anyway here is the steak in mustard sauce. It's delicious. (reason why there's white on the top, that's the fat, because I just took it out from the fridge). It has that golden color. Cooked in butter of course.
