Today I am supposed to do my back but I just got through moving 60 3"x10"x18' freshly treated board from the front to the back of my house to fix the deck that hurricane Sandy took. The guy said it was 12000 pounds. I had one helper. There is no way I can do a proper back workout today. I am thinking I should do some pullups or cable rows but no bar rows or dead lift... Or should I scratch the workout completely??
