View Full Version : Finally itís LOG TIME!!

Iím posting this here and the main log sub forum for everyone to see!! The log will not start till Monday morning however.

First time Iíve done a log and Iím pretty excited for this one. As of right now Iím on a cruise of 1cc 250mg test cyp. For my log Iíll be adding Rad 140 and YK-11 to my cruise. Been lifting around 7yrs now and been using gear for 4 of those years. Iíve always been a very skinny guy leaving high school around 120lbs..

Did the natty thing for 3yrs and was around 155lbs when I decided it was time to take the next step. As of right now Iím sitting around 185lbs and I stand 5ft 7.

Just started a new job and i get a break when I can itís not a set break time. However I will still be eating as much as possible and I eat pretty damn clean mon-sat. Sunday is fair game for food!

So here we go! Today I decided to hit some chest. My meal times have changed due to my new job and not having set breaks we eat when we can. But I still ate a decent amount today.
Iím taking 20mg of the rad-140 6am and 5mg yk-11 at 6am and 10mg yk-11 at 12pm. Going to bump the yk-11 to 20mg after the first week.

Thanks bro! Felt good today even tho I didnít have the amount of food in me I wanted. Didnít lift too heavy but def had a good workout thatís for sure!

Ok so today I normally wouldíve felt pretty shitty, I mustíve taken my CPAP mask off in the middle of the night. Which normally Iíd feel like dying that morning. I didnít feel great but I didnít feel horrible like usual. Once I got to the gym I caught my second wind and killed my workout. Felt completely focused and was making crazy mind/muscle connection.
I noticed I woke up this morning pretty damn hungry which is different for me because normally I have to choke down my breakfast.

Again had a rock hard pump right off the get go after the first few sets and maintained it the entire workout! Almost like the dbol pumps I get but not that painful lol

The only reason I would have to say I feel alittle something is due to the energy and how I felt today. I know how shitty and just dead I feel when I donít use my CPAP all night and I didnít feel it as bad today like my body was fighting off being tired and just out of it. As far as the strength Iím still right where I was. Couldíve just been a good day for me as far as how I felt. Iíll know more as I get deeper into this log.

Did your CPAP become necessary when you gained a lot of size? Seems like mine is mostly related to getting bigger but I did have some other circumstances as well. Apnea is killing me. Luckily I have an appt on the 26th to get my CPAP

So Iím 29 and been using it almost a year now. Before when I was natty and stuck around 155lbs I was perfectly fine never snored or had any problems breathing. Ever since Iíve been in the 180-190lbs I was having all kinds of problems breathing. Waking up choking and horrible snoring! Thought my girl was going to kill me lol if I sleep without the machine I feel absolutely horrible thatís why it was weird today wasnít so bad.

I have a full face mask too which took some tome getting used to. If you have facial hair make sure you keep it short!

Yea once it happens itíll happen the rest of your life even if you stop working out and become a twig youíll still have all the problems. Once you get the mask watch how much of a difference it makes in how you feel. Youíll be amazed bro!

No the mask and hose are attached by a swivel piece so it turns and moves when you do. It takes some getting used to tho Iíll admit. First week was rough but I popped some melatonin and knocked out!

I'm really looking forward to getting mine. I feel like I'm suffocating all night as of now. I also found out that the VA only prescribes the dreammachine so that's cool

I have that style to. That one is the newer version and I was having trouble with that one leaking air sometimes. Even the smallest amount of air leaking out can make enough noise to wake you up or even keep you up lol

I couldnít sleep for the life of me the first week I had the machine. Like you said I popped some melatonin and forced myself to get used to it. I legit take this damn thing everywhere now. Even if Iím sleeping out just for a night it comes with me lol

It was like I was kidnapped by aliens, I would wake up with a panic attack, especially when the machine does its job by taking it up a notch with the airflow forcing the air down my throat.. just like you and me both mentioned about taking a sleep aid, that was the best thing until I got used to it..
I also noticed it helped a lot with acid reflux, I wasn't waking up as often nor was I experiencing any for a while..
I don't know if there's a correlation..

It is literally a game changer.. like a breath of fresh air pardon the pun lol..
In all seriousness, you're going to love it especially if you take some sleep aids this way you get a super deep sleep..
Just an FYI, you can sync the machine with your phone and you can keep a log on how long you actually sleep and it shows you how many times you wake up.. I'm not talkin about one of those ridiculous fake fitbits, then things are not legit or accurate, nowhere near on the level of this thing.. this thing is hundreds of dollars, it's bonafide. You can totally keep track of your sleep rhythms!!!!!:twothumbs::twothumbs:

Also one more suggestion..I found out it works best if you sleep on a slight incline..don't worry about tossing and turning this thing will move with you bro, at first you'll feel awkward but you'll realize after a few days that it will move with you.. try to get used to being on a slight incline..

Around 6-7hrs a night is what I usually get during the week. Weekends is closer to 8-9hrs. I always shoot for atleast 7 during the week but it doesnít always happen lol

I've got sleep apnea and I'm about a 6hr a night guy on sleep been like that my whole life pretty much . I need to try to go to 7-8 but feel like I don't have a life sleeping that much lmao

Yes most insurance plans don't really cover the cost of a CPAP unfortunately. The machines I looked were about $500-900 with the better ones at around $700.

Still pushed hard and had a great pump. Trying to eat as much as I can at work but it is alittle tough. Going to weigh in this weekend so Iíll have her back to everyone with that!

Sometimes they get bigger or smaller depends on what Iím doing lol but they go back to the same size. Hopefully I never have trouble with them tho.

Ok today was bicep and tricep day!!
I superset everything with this these pencil arms of mine itís the only way I can actually get a good workout in. I bounced around a lot going from a bicep then tricep exercise because the pump I had was insane lol

I didnít log exercises and sets because arms is pretty basic but next time I will give a full break down of my workout for arms.
I noticed today Iím alittle more vascular, even had a huge vein running down my forehead which is new lol
Felt strong today was curling 50lb dumbbells standing with no lean or arching the back. Just straight standing up and was hitting it for 7-8 reps then dropping down to a 25lb dumbbell for 10 reps.

super sets are great for arm pumps.. I love drop sets the most, on arm day I do a ton of drop sets, I want complete CNS inhalation..:twothumbs:

Next weeks workouts are all drop sets and supersets. My gym finally fixed the 120lb dumbbells so Iíll be taking those for a ride on chest day!

We have guys that legit just throw them down they were all bent and finally snapped. They arenít all metal like the old school ones I love those. Thereís another gym I hit on Saturday itís an old school body building gym. Dumbbells to 200lbs and itís the same equipment since it opened in 81. This place def has little things that bother me like 1 water fountain that works and only 1 working hand dryer lol

So today was leg day to finish off the week. Had a pounding headache when I got to the gym and figured it would go away once I started lifting.... boy was I wrong lol.
So I train legs different than my upper body. I do a mid weight slow reps and even a pause at the top of things like the leg extensions. I used to try the heavy weight low rep approach and it just did nothing for me at all. At one point I had a 405 squat and still had chicken legs. At least now my legs look like a 16yr old girls and not a 10yr old girl.
I also weighed myself on 2 different scales and they both came up 184lbs so Iíll go with that as my current weight. Ended up taking off due to my massive headache but still had a pretty good workout. Quad pump was serious right after squats and stated rock hard the entire time!

Today I worked out with a buddy and let him run the show with exercises. Not what I wouldíve done but hey Iím with it! Had an awesome pump and was looking thick today. As you can see we did a lot of rows lol last time I let him take the lead! Going to get alittle more intense on my workouts and get alittle heavier in weight from now on. I forgot just how shitty overnight shifts can be. Barely ate and just felt horrible by the time I got out. Tomorrow is a new day and will be shoulder day!!

By the end of this I could barely lift my arms.. 1 because the pump was mental and 2 because I just destroyed my shoulders lol. I usually focus more on my lateral movements to give my shoulders that nice round look. The fronts always take a beating no matter what so I touch on them briefly and same with rears. I donít usually hit traps very often, Iím lucky to have decent traps with minimal work on them.
Tomorrow Iíll be upping my yk-11 dose to 20mg and again the rad-140 is still staying at 20mg.

Itís winter time so Iím not as crazy with my macros. With what Iím eating now Iím just over 4000 calories carbs are around 380 and protein around 350. Some might say itís overkill but it works for me. I eat very good all week but occasionally Iíll eat more than my meals if I get hungry. Iím not as strict when I want to add weight.

So today I started with upping my yk-11 to 20mg a day and the rad-140 is also at 20mg per day. Hit some arms due to being sore from digging a trench all day.
For arms I superset every exercise and switch 1 bicep then 1 tricep and itís a good thing I do because the pumps I get are mental lol
Weighed myself again and Iím 188lbs on 2 different scales so Iím going with that. Def feeling very strong and full as if I was on a full cycle. Had to eat more in between my big meals. Little snacks in between instead of adding another meal due to it being hard to eat a full meal all the time at work..
For some reason the locker room at my gym only half the lights are working which goes right up my ass so no arm pump pics!
Tomorrow will be chest and going to see if I can match my pr of when I was on my last cycle of 385 or even beat it.

I havenít sat down and just had a solid flat bench session in awhile so it was long over due bro. My gym even tho itís small has some good plate loaded machines which I like more than the cabled machines. Iím up 3lbs since last week almost at 190 now so Iíd say in another 2 weeks I should be there. Going to eat alittle more as well to help the process.

Well today my girl dragged me to her gym with her, we donít get to workout together much she works part time and is in nursing school full time. I hate going to her gym nothing but a bunch of fat guys with big arms or skinny 3rd world country looking guys walking around like they are monsters!
So I just couldnít get in the zone and hit my legs how I wanted to. Stayed with a medium weight for myself and just really focused on the squeeze. Couldnít get in the heavy lifting mindset there, just not the right vibe for me.
Going to start getting stuff for my next cycle together even tho itís not for alittle while.. I have an idea of what I want to run but whoís got some suggestions for me? The only thing Iím not looking to run is hgh other than that Iím in for trying something new. Looking for just size I have a weight I want to be in my head and I will get there one way or another by the spring! Just always like to see what others think to get me outside the box!

Thanks bro! Only half the lights in the bathroom are working for some reason lol itís like a night club in there. Iím shooting to be in the 200ís by spring so I have some work to do for sure. Going to be lifting heavier and more sets to put the mass on!!!

So today was a light nice chest day. Focused a lot on the stretch and the squeeze of every motion. I woke up and my whole body just felt beat up and sore so this was a well needed workout to relax alittle and still get shit done! Tomorrow however is a different story going to smash back!! Still feeling really good on these compounds Iíll def say Iím impressed with just how well they work and will be using them again for cruising in the future!

Nothing like that at all. I sometimes will take melatonin to help me sleep but I donít always need it. Headaches I get a migraine here and there but that was happening before I ran these anyway. And no heart burn at all.

So today I hit arms and did something I donít normally do. Instead of going back and forth between a bicep then a tricep exercise, I banged out my full bicep workout then hit my triceps... the pump in my arms was so bad I thought at any minute the skin was going to rip.
Everything is heavy with a medium weight superset when I train arms. If I donít hit them hard and with supersets I just donít feel like I hit them at all the next day. My arms cramp up when I bend them or flex right now so I know I killed these little twigs!
Next week Iíll be upping calorie intake with a mass gainer shake most likely just 1 a day maybe 2. The only reason Iím doing this is because I donít always get to eat when I want at work and pounding a shake is a lot easier when Iím limited on time. Other than that everything is still the same as far as doses.

I wonít hit back again till next week. I donít like having a set schedule as far as what day I hit what. I walk in and train what I feel that day. I train 5 days so back/ tris chest/bis shoulders then arm day then a leg day.
I try to hit it mon-Friday but if I miss a week day I make it up on weekends.

So today was arms for me was in a time crunch! The pump from this stack is hands down right up there with dbol I can promise that! Iím very pleased with my strength and energy while in the gym! If I had more time I couldíve just kept going and going!
Hit all triceps first heavy heavy with medium weight supersets. Main sets were the usual 8-10 reps and my lighter weigh was a 6 rep range!
Same with the biceps kept it nice and heavy with a medium weight superset and really focused on the mind muscle connection with each reps. Between sets my arms I swear weíre ready to rip wide open!
This week Iíll admit hasnít been the best for the gym and eating but I had a lot going on and had to be with my family. So Iíll do what I can for the rest of the week but rest assured next week Iíll be 100% back on the ball with everything!

Was a little pressed on time today but still killed the shoulder workout. Feeling a lot better today had more food in me and Iím back in the swing of things. Tomorrow is cake tasting for my wedding so no gym but Sunday Iíll be here hitting some legs!! Iíve held 188lbs as of tonight which Iím surprised with how bad this week was! I def will be giving this stack another run in the future and next time Iíd like to add in some mk-677 and see what happens there. A new gym opened up near me today so I figured Iíd go check it out. Wasnít really that impressed with it but the equipment is alittle different than mine. Some new stuff by hoist that Iíve never used before and it actually wasnít too bad.
Defiantly had an awesome workout tho my chest was ready to pop at any min. I have noticed Iíve been hungry a lot faster after Iím eating my meals so I just made them alittle bigger to help me out alittle. Weighed myself at the new gym and Iím 189lbs so thatís up 5-6lbs since I started these sarms. I never usually gain weight on a cruise so Iíd say they def work and work well!

Iím pretty damn sore the next day or 2 Iím not going to lie but Iíve always trained this way. If I can fully stretch or move without some pain the next day I didnít hit it hard enough bro lol thatís why I make sure I get enough rest before hitting that body part again. Sometimes I have to take an extra day off. Iím an extremely hard gainer.

Everything was extremely sore today after work. Was digging all day for my whole 10hr shift today and my body hurts! Went to the gym anyway and made it happen.
I hit back which was extremely sore but figured Iíd finish it off and really show it whoís boss here lol didnít go as heavy as I usually do but for the most part stuck to the normal routine of things. 4-5 sets but went alittle higher with reps and alittle lower with the weights reps were 12-14 and weight was moderate.
Usually if Iím that sore after work Iíd just skip but I missed yesterday because of work so I had to get in there today. Tomorrow Iíll also be hitting the gym before I completely pig out and regret it!

To be honest Iíd have to say they are very universal as far as this stack, itís diet and workout dependent as far as results. I do very high volume lifting thatís just what works for me in order to grow.
Iíve notice strength has been very good like a test only run would give me. Also Iíd say I look and feel nice and full in and out of the gym. Iím usually very vascular so idk if I can say Iíve noticed more of that lol Iím up 4-5lbs in the month as well.

I am half Italian (my mother's side)...and cannolis and ricotta pie are good desserts. Will have lasagna and shrimp scampi along with calamari on xmas eve that my mother makes :)

Hit some legs today in the new gym. Really did a quad focus workout today. Didnít do regular squats but instead I hit the V-squat plate loaded machine facing frontwards and backwards. I absolutely love this damn machine it targets and kills my quads. I hit 6-7 sets on this with 4 plates each side. Had such a crazy pump I was walking funny!!
After the squats I hit leg press. Would start 3 plates each side and superset adding a plate each time going to 5 plates each side for a set. No particular reps it was more of a max rep each time.
After my quads were ready to melt off I hit some calves. I know tomorrow my legs should feel nice and sore lol canít wait to have to walk this off all day tomorrow!!

Today wasnít going to be a chest day but it just felt right to hit it on international chest day. Shortened my chest workout alittle because I was pretty sure my skin was going to rip if I did 1 more set of anything chest related. Dry scooped the preworkout like always and just zoned out on this workout. Iím really liking this stack and the results Iíve gotten. Stepped on the scale after my workout and it said 191lbs. So Iím up about 7lbs from where I started. Iím more than happy with that and Iíll def be running this stack in the future on my cruises.

Thanks bro!! I donít know how you manage 2 body parts at once like this your a warrior for that!! Iím eyeing the mk but def have to watch out for all the massive weight gain that your having. Might ride out 10mg longer when I get it before a big jump!

Got crazy busy last night after the gym my girls cat bit her mom pretty bad on her leg so I didnít get a chance to post last night.
Last night was a bicep and tricep day because I was just so damn sore from chest and back lol this workout I did something completely different and used all machines. Usually Iíll mainly do free weighted stuff but decided all machines was the way to go today.
Everything was still a high volume type of workout but I was able to focus more on nice slow concentrated rep and had a skin splitting pump. Kept it 8-10 reps for 4 working sets like I usually do. Didnít do any supersets this time either. I noticed while I was at the gym Iíve been way more focused and in tune with my workouts. Appetite has been good, strength and endurance right up there too. Havenít had to really force a meal down like I find myself doing sometimes.

Soooo lastnight was a shoulder day and today was legs!!!
Today I decided not to squat and use the plate loaded v-squat instead. I like to get a lot of sets in when I use this. My legs have an extremely hard time growing so I really have to kill these pencils.

Didnít go extremely heavy I did about 5 sets with 435 at my heaviest and 3 sets around 310lbs.
We have this weird leg press machine that Iíve never seen one like this before. Itís a lot more steep than a normal leg press but def feels more comfortable.
Finished off with some calfís then leg raises. Did about 5 sets with every exercise and my legs felt like jello when I left there!
I didnít log my shoulder day only before I was having some pain in my forearm and cut the workout alittle short and I didnít do what I really wanted to that night due to my arm. Feels a lot better now tho after ice and heat for 2 days.

And the final day was last night 12/13.

I ended up doing just arms. I had skipped hit biceps and triceps this week so figured it was a good day for a straight up hard arm day.

Not really going to post the exercises I do for arm day because honestly I make it up as I go. I just go by feel or if I think of something I havenít done in awhile.
However I have to alternate between a bicep then a tricep because I get an insane pump in my arms if I donít. My forearm is really starting to bother me and the last time this happened it wasnít fun at all. Had to go for dry needling and that sucks bad!!

I want to mention that Iíll be hoping on some mk-677 and posting here and there how itís working and my progress with it!

When I had first heard about them I was like everyone else thatís taking them now and loving them. Called them bullshit and just a waste of money. But doing this log and seeing the results I hope I showed some of the people that doubt them still these are effective way to put on size and strength as well as cut.

Just want to add to this that Iíve been off the sarms for about a week now and Iíve held the weight but I do feel down on endurance and energy alittle. Iím not getting that crazy pump I was from the yk-11 and I miss that :( lol

Going to order some mk today or tomorrow tho and my cycle will start soon so letís see how that goes!!
