Going to be logging my offseason into my preps this year. I will post my meals from time to time, training regimen, what I am running. Stuff like that. Currently at 270 so I will post pics tomorrow or so!

Weight has been stagnant appetite is a little down.. I need to make sure I do atleast 4 days of cardio just to keep it stimulate

did add humalog 10iu only on big body part days (back,legs,chest)
