Well here is my spill...........
I can't say enough about KONG, BIG RICH, Montego1, and the GF reps. These guys are the driving force behind me in this contest. Everythig has been super smooth, and even as I applied for this contest, I didn't see myself in it.
This past couple of weeks have been just getting my muscles, tendons, and joints acclimated to weightlifting again at the local fashion show gym. A friend had a membership, so I volunteered to train her so I could GET LOOSE. Monday, I will be at a real gym, where machines don't exist, only free weights. (There are a few, but for decoration...lol) I also have a full set of dumbbells and bench press equipment in my garage for the days I can't get to gym.
Here is Montego1 start off workout split:
Day 1 Upper Loading/Lower Pump
Day 2 Rest
Day 3 Lower Loading/Upper Pump
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 Upper Intensity
Day 6 Lower Intensity
Day 7 Rest
Gonna be a killer. I am so ready to see how my body adjusts to it.
Here is the cycle we decided to put me on;
Weeks 1-6:
300 NPP
500 Test P
Oral D-bol (Won't stay on too long)
Weeks 7-12:
350 Tren Ace
500 Test P
Var (Won't stay on too long)
Winny
350 Mast
Have al the normal stuff, Aromasin, Prami, and probably Clen.
I am on TRT, so I have been pinning for a bit. GF gear has given me any PIP. I pinned TEST\NPP today and still nothing.
As I get everything dialed in, i will update here.
I will do online blood work somewhere mid cycle.
