What's a more precise body fat?
Looking at your stats, I HIGHLY suggest you drop down to 14-15% before starting cycling, you WILL get worse side effects the more body fat you have (estrogen conversion and bodyfat are very related.) You should be able to cut to 15% naturally.
First cut cycle suggestion - get down to 15% naturally first if you want the best results and the least side effects. Suggested cycle: Test E 500mg/wk (250 mg 2x per week) for 12 weeks. Have AI's on hand, and your PCT ready before you start.
