Ight so some of you guys know BOP. I had a log of progress supps etc etc. So you guys here at ASF, i can give you a run down 5'4" i weight 142lbs now started this adventure at 121lbs. Been 7 years since ive lifted hahaha yea its been a while. Been hitting the gym for the last 3 months hard. My gains are awesome haha. So any way hit chest fly today hit 205lbs tried hitting 220lb but chest and arms didnt wana push any more haha but getting these gains in feeling great.

Thanks brothas and thanks for having me here at ASF. Aye no lie though i didnt even think i could hit 205 chest fly went from 160 all the way and was like well hell lets see what i max out at hahaha tell you what man it feels fucking great.

Benching 185, want to be able to bench 225 daily, leg press is at 630lbs so far, tricep press maxed out 250lbs, chest flys 205lbs. Ima have to get a book and start logging all the machines workout etc with weight keep log of the increase gains.

I literally had to lock my legs under the machine if not it would pick me up instead hahahaha gota get my weight up at 142lbs right now goal weight is 160 maybe 180 not sure yet going to suck with work ingot stuck on night shift

So hit legs for the second time this week hamstring curl 190lbs, then finished up with some back rows hit 160, then i played on the fixed pull down to see what my max was hit 225lb 3 times.

Max i think i need to eat more food bro, still eating like im 120lbs im gaining but not like when i first started hahahah. Need to increase meal portions as well as carb intake protein intake yea?

My cycle consisted of weekly. (Clarity)
3cc testE 750mg
3cc trenE 600mg
50mg dbol daily.

Sometimes id take preworkout either NO explode or C4.
2 ON(optimum nutrition) mass gainer 1250 calories 50 grams protein shakes daily.

You know ncuccia! U need to eat at much food as possible! You are the definition of a hard gainer. I saw you personally gain 12 lbs. You are one of the few that can chow down supersize meals anytime. The problem is those meals will make u full for too long. So eat, eat!!

Haha thats no lie bro and def gota do that. Cause ill notice like ill eat a big meal and then idk 10 15 min later im hungry again but ill eat and its like im still hungry but cant stomach the food. Hahaha if that makes sense.

Clean meals are easier to make u hungry quicker. Add soba noodles and good portions of grilled chx thighs! Also get those carb portions 3 to 1 protein: carb ratio. Macadamia nut oil/avocado oil are my favorites to cool with!
