I’m trying to put on 15-25 pounds. Currently at 200lbs give or take 5lbs. Around 3000 calories a day.
I plan on jumping my caloric intake to 6-8k calories per day.
Going to use peptides
Planning on dbol, sust, deca.
Any suggestions on mgs or other gear to take during cycle?
With the mgs how to stack it as well..

I’ve been running gear for 7 years.
Kept to the basics.
Right now I’m running
Current cycle
Per week
500mgs of test C
400 mgs of EQ
400 mgs of mast e
300 mgs of tren e
3000 caloric intake a day

But tbh i feel like i haven’t been stacking right or regimented the gear right.
Like a certain week to stop or start a specific gear compound

750mg test e weekly
800mgs EQ weekly
600mgs NPP weekly
First 4-5 weeks 50mg dbol ED
12.5mg Aromasin as needed
4iu gh daily

I've been there stuck at 200lbs, yeah you're going to need to up them calories my friend. I really don't know your total daily expenditure, but you want to obviously make sure you're way over that. -Cleanly- I believe anyways. Plenty of rest.

I agree with iron prophet...up calories change up training. Based on what I've read from advanced bodybuilders, food is the key not drugs when bulking.

Up the Eq to at least 750mg, and drop either the Mast or Tren.

That was my cutting cycle dropped from 223 to 200 for summer. Training & diet are key. Thank you brother for your input, never thought of running EQ on a bulk.

I haven’t used deca in a while but i need to run something other then tren. Ive been cutting weight this year from 225-200. Train 6 days a week. Chest-back-legs.
Heavy one day, shaping the other.
4x10-15 usual rep range now.
3000-3500 calories a day.
Looking at maybe using proviron instead of dbol, even tho dbol works good with my system.
I’ve ran heavy test dosage before with no bad side effects. I go to the doc and get tested every year to make sure i have a healthy clean bill.
Editing my bulk cycle to
800 mgs of test e/ week
400-600 mgs of deca/ week
2 iu ghrp cjc / day
Either proviron or dbol or 25/50 mgs/day
6000+ calories a day

Currently 199-205 lbs. floating under or around 10% body fat.
Walk around 8 miles a day on top of actual training with 10 mins of bicycle and 5 mins of jump rope/ day
10 mins of steam room
1- 1 1/2 hrs of training with 45-60 secs in btwn sets for cardio

Well it sounds like you have a great regimented routine.

I really like the additional proviron because your bf% is low. Test, deca(npp), and 50mg proviron With 10-15mg of Dbol 3x daily(each solid meal) can really put on some major size. Especially w u raising your calories so high. Spacing your orals in small doses w meals will help with nutrient partitioning. I think that, along with your increased calories and keeping your water intake really high. Definitely watch you bp! You should kick some ass. If your interested in a new workout. Pm me

Try thinking about ghrp-6.

I had my actual RMR tested and it's over 2900 cal so for me to put on 2lbs a week I have to eat over 5300cal.

Worth knowing if you can go get that test done.

I hate eating and never have an appetite especially after new meds for BP I was put on. So I'm hoping once my ghrp-6 gets here I can get back to putting on weight.

I don't know why you want sust for a long ester cycle. In my mind it just causes your blood hormone levels to fluctuate too much and cause side effects.

15-20lbs will be easy off dbol, test e 600+mg/wk and deca 600mg/wk.

Shit I gain that in 4wks of dbol alone.

I'm running 2iu HGH, test mix (sust basically), npp, mast prop and eq, kick started with 3wks of dbol (stopped because of old BP meds not working). And I'm already up 35lbs at wk 7. I'm 14% right now at 245. Not the cleanest bulk but I want to get to 260 by the end of my 12wk cycle.

15-20lbs will be easy .

All my buddies run EQ for the appetite bump and the endurance bump. My blood thickness goes sky high when I up my test so I dont fuck with it at all (dont need even MORE red blood cells)


If you're running peps obviously ghrp-6 will do wonders as the gastric emptying and stimulation of ghrelin. Although it goes back and forth in regards to eating after shooting ghrp-6 and the blunting of gh production (some swear they see no difference in regards to effects, others swear they get lessened results).


Drop the mast. Tren will let you add quality mass. If the sides get too much or it kills your appetite, NPP should give you growth without the appetite suppression (and less bloat than deca)
 
I’m dropping the EQ been on it for 5 months.
Dropping the tren and mast for a little bit too. Too much DHT.
Running npp
Then I’m going to run
Test 600-800 mgs weekly
Deca 400 mgs weekly
Proviron first 6 weeks
Dbol later on for a good mid bulk jump.
Running ghrp-6 & cjc , 2iu-4ius daily

I have to 6000 calories a day so i need the help of the ghrp.

Always could use advise especially on things i haven’t ran or haven’t ran in a while. Never know what i can learn.

Salmon

Rice(brown/white) switch every week
Sweet potatoes

Broccoli
Asparagus
Brussel sprouts

Greek yogurt w/ granola

Any other ideas for diet
