Meal 1
2 eggs
8oz egg whites
1/2 cup Spinach
30g oats

Meal 2
210g chicken breast
1 cup veggies

Meal 3
210g 93/7 turkey
1/2 cup veggies
10 almonds

Meal 4 pre wo
210g chicken breast
4oz sweet potatoe
1/4 avocado

Meal 5
180g cod
1 cup veggies

2iu novolog? Enough for about 15g carbs

1-2 iu ,Just enough slin to shuttle Carnatine and maybe even lower my BS a hair to burn a lil more fat.

I carry gummy bears , gatorade and chocolate on my gym bag just in case of emergency (hypo)

Yeah at 2 units you should be fine man. I've considered trying this. Meadows is a fan of it and I've heard from other it works really well. Hell just the slin and GH is supposed to work really well.

Dried pineapple is another good one to carry around for hypoglycemia. Super fast digesting and easy to put down quickly

Im open to hear a better protocol to help w fatloss Monte , i know you wont steer me wrong.

I have enough GH to go as high as i want 😜🤠
 
It looks solid.

The clen dose really just depends on how long you've been stim free and how you respond.

I would just put the gh ed instead of eod. Your sugar aren't going to make any drastic improvement from just going eod and, you'll be petty low carb so that will probably be fine.

Down to 198.6 this am.

Carbs will go down to about 50g , cardio will increase to 500cals

220g Protein
50g carbs
100g fats

I might add a lil more HGh , thinking 2iu with every meal (5 )

Also about to add Yohimbine before fasted cardio , ill start with 3mg and work my way up depending on sides.

Monday / Tuesday
250g protein
Veggies
50-75g fats from EVOO

Ill probably load Weds with 100g sweet Potatoe and repeat this 3 day process....

Hgh is now 2iu 5xday .

Ordered a continuous glucose meter , cant wait

Currently feeling like shit on no carbs , other than 1 cup of spinach and about to eat 2nd meal with 1 cup brocolli
 
Shit man. That's a shitload of GH. Better keep an eye on your heart size with echocardiograms. That'll cause some cardiomyopathy
