What kind of intervals you guys do on the elliptical? Stepper is tearing my legs up
 
30 seconds of all out high rpm then 60 seconds of casual jog lower rpm... I usually go 6-10 minutes of this then hit the heavy bag for a few rounds...

treadmill gives me shin splints...
 
I would do mine on a spin bike. For thebhiit part either really fast or really high gear. Then base gear and reg speed for resting

This is what I do as well, but I tend to go for 20 minutes. I sometimes go 75 or 90 seconds jogging if I don’t feel ready for another burst. Don’t know if that’s cheating lol.
