Whatís up guys , I decided to make a log. Iíve used juicepalís products for some time now . Iím trying to get back serious with my bodybuilding. Iím weighing 298 fasted in the am right now.

Iím running test e 250, the shadow , tbol , tne and aromasin for the first couple of weeks.

Iím on week 2 as of now I started this cycle at 290lbs fasted so Iíve gained 8lbs the first week.

Bc depending on your height, that's a pretty fat bodybuilder.

I don't think Arnold in his prime at like 6'2" was even close...just trying to understand your goals.

Iíve stood next to ramy at the Arnold in 18 and he was the only one that I saw that that year that was a lot bigger than me but at the same time I didnít feel like it would be impossible to get close to his size but it would be a lot of work.
A lot of the pros wouldnít even take a picture with me bc I was close to their size lol. Ramyís structure is a lot better than mine thatís why heís been top 2 in the world. But at the same time theyíve been pumping him with tons of chems from what Iíve heard. I donít have a pro card thatís the goal Iíve had a lot of set backs in my career! I donít have a goal to be bigger than anyone I just want to keep improving and getting better. But Iíve had some coaches that prep olympians tell me I could make it to that stage if that answers your questions .

one arm machine preacher curls 4 x 10-12 reps
ez bar curls wide grip 4 x 10
dB hammer curl 4 x 10-12
seated db curl 3 x 10
high cable curls 4x 10
Rope pressdowns 4 x 10-15
v bar superset reverse grip pressdowns 4 x 10-12
seated dB over head ext 4 x 10-15 reps
decline skull crushers 4 x 10-12

Diet
meal 1 : 2 cups egg whites 1 1/2 cup oats
meal 2 : 2 scoops whey 100g carb powder
meal 3: 2 scoops whey 4 English muffins
meal 4 : 8 oz 93 beef 2 cups of rice
meal 5: 8 oz chicken 14 oz sweet potato
meal6: 2 scoops whey 75g karbolyn (pwo)
meal 7: 8 oz 93 beef 2 cups of rice
meal 8 : 4 Greek yogurts and 1/2 cream of rice if Iím up if not Iíll sleep..

i did the 2 shakes early in the day back to back bc I was at work and itís easier to get a shake down real quick at this phase of the diet. Eventually Iíll get to where itís mainly all solid meals.

Carbogain bc itís cheap lol oats always clump up in a shake I found this to be simple but effective while working.

Quads are on the menu for tomorrow . So what Iíll do is add more carbs to my diet and possibly a cheat meal on this day. I typically do high carb days on back and legs. Especially when using insulin.

I ain't shit myself, but to give you a fair critique I think from the front you are a monster- delts, chest and arms are possible pro caliber. But from the back, your mid back muscles (traps, rhomboids and lumbars) are severely lacking bro and your calves look like you've never worked them. I think you should back off or at least go maintenance mode for everything and go beast mode on your deadlifts, rows and calf raises.

i agree like I said I lost a lot of my size after my pec tear I couldnít do most rowing movements , calves have always sucked for me theyíre like 19inchs no matter how hard I train them. I know where my weak body parts are. Once I have a few weeks of consistency theyíll improve dramatically. Once I hop back on gh and slin Youíll seems difference as well.

Yep I have and thatís when my calves were at the biggest bc the gym I was training in actually had good equipment. For the past year Iíve been at a local gym not the best stuff . I just joined a gym 45 mins away itís sick has everything I need to get freaky for sure. The past year with the tear and move my motivation was low I was super burned out with it all.

Just killed quads was at the new gym so I was messing around with a lot of new plate loaded machines. Iíve been having knee pain but these machines were pain free.

Leg ext 4x 20 reps triple drop last set
hip add superset with hip abd 3 x 15
hack squat 4 x 12 reps
cybex squat press 4 x 20
seated leg press 4 x 15
tru squat 4 x 15
pendulum squat 3x 10
pro squat 3x 15

donkey calf raise 4 sets 15

This may just be bro science... but a somewhat-big dude at a gym in Reno discussed with me what worked for him after years of no progress and genetically cursed pencil-calves (underneath lots of muscle above): Hundreds of reps. Each set was 300+ reps, super fast. His calves were bulky by the time I knew him.

I did the same and got some decent results, just amateur caliber but I was happy.

I haven't tore my pec, but everytime I train bench for improving my 10rm, my right pec gets irritated and I have to back off. I think part of the reason for this happening with higher reps is because my reps are faster. Now I'm sticking with 5x5 which lets me warm up more before my top set, while using more controlled eccentrics. So far no issues with pec irritation. I like more of my hypertrophy to come from inclines and flyes anyway. I don't want a huge bulbous lower chest.

455lbs on my 5th rep down I was doing it for sets of 8 on last set weeks prior perfectly fine just a freak accident

1-2 warm up or feel sets ď then the last one of each exercise is usually a failure set. For ex 225lb barbells rows are extremely but I easy still count that as a set I just wonít go to failure , pyramid up the weight each set.

wed : ham / glutes
thurs : chest / shoulders
fri : arms
sat: back width
sun : quads

I might even do back width with arms just depends if I feel recovered or need another off day

Took yesterday off from being tired . Trained chest and delts today I didnít pin my tne pre workout and I could tell a huge difference. Felt some pain In my chest where I tore it so that kinda sucked .

Machine chest press 4 x 10 rest pause last set 16 reps total
incline db press 4 x 10
hammer decline 3 x 10
seated cable fly 21ís 4 sets ( 7 decline , 7 normal , 7 incline)

So Iíve been getting about 3-4 hrs of sleep a night Iíve been overly exhausted, which sucks bc my weight is going up. Looks like Iím going have to drop the shadow here soon . Iím doing 4 cc a week which is 400mg tren Ace, I cant believe Iím having these sides at a lower side of tren like this. I usually run way higher. Iím going to have ads back in gh and insulin last year when I was running both thatís when I was 326lbs . I was using 100iu of lantus and about 6-8 pharm gh. So it looks like Iím going to have rotate compounds at 4 weeks in instead of 6-8 like I usually do. Iíll be back on stage in a year so Iíll document this whole process. Now Iím trying to figure out if I should run npp, eq, deca, or primo. I might even run two of those. Iíll be keeping my test e around 1000-1500mg . Right now my test e is at 1000 mg.

I havent answered this specifically bc I donít want younger kids to think that what Iím running is the secret but in reality the dosages are where Iím at bc Iíve been using for 14 years . I always run test and 1-2 more inj at a time. Sometimes with orals some times not. Orals never longer than 6 weeks at a time, i always rotate the compounds also . Contest prep Iím usually a little more aggressive with the dosages and compounds. Im at about 2grams total right now. Iíve went a lot higher though. Iím actually about to switch my inj now bc Iím having a hard time sleeping on 400mg tren Ace.

My last stage weight in 2017 was 255bs I dropped from 305lbs did a 16 week prep. I over did the cardio and t3 I was looking my best at 260ís .

I tore the muscle and they said I had a partial tear in pec tendon as well. I went to two different surgeons first one wanted 8k up front and told me I needed surgery without showing an mri. The 2nd was the one who actually showed me the mri and told me I tore the muscle and not the tendon. He told me not to do surgery and stop training for 8 weeks to let it heal. I jumped on tb500 and bpc and stayed on gh. Came off everything else but trt. Didnít even train for 6 weeks bc I was so depressed it happened

sorry forgot my stage weight for next year Iím shooting for 260-270ís peeled . Thatís about the weight I need to be to
go pro for my height since Iím taller.

Its getting better weekly. Iím probably about 80% back to my strength and size on my chest. But it doesnít really bother me at all while Iím training anymore . I had to pick exercises to work around it even for the other muscle groups so it was frustrating for a while. You really canít see the tear until I flex and even then itís looking a lot better.

Sorry Iíve been mia guys went on a vacation and then ending up getting E. coli or salmonella not Sure which one but I havenít been able to keep a meal down since Monday. The vomiting stopped after a day but I have diarrhea immediately if I try to eat anything , shakes do the same too so I havenít trained since Monday . pointless when your not absorbing any nutrients. Hopefully Iíll get better soon!

Post workout meal 8oz chicken 2 1/2 cups rice and 16oz apple juice . My weight is back to 300lb. Also added in the inj blend m-tren/m-d and that stuff is fire. My strength was thru the roof on arms today. This was my 2nd day trying it.

Trained back and rear delts today. Went to a new gym with tons of plate loaded machines that Iíve never seen or used before so that was cool. But had a killer pump . Iím thinking about posting my workouts and diet if that is something you guys are interested in.

Gonna diet pretty hard to reset my insulin sensitivity and shed fat off quickly then I'll cruise again at maintenance. Then I'll decide whether I'm gonna do my first show in the spring or keep adding size

1-2 warm up or feel sets ď then the last one of each exercise is usually a failure set. For ex 225lb barbells rows are extremely but I easy still count that as a set I just wonít go to failure , pyramid up the weight each set.

And that's how we should all do our sets. Maybe 2 top sets maximum for those who can't yet generate alot of intensity. But for most who are past 3+ years of training and decently strong, pyramiding up to a max set is your best bet for strength and size progression. The sub-failure "ramping" sets still contribute to overall volume and pump, while the heavy max set stimulates new gains.
