Several weeks out from my first show of the season & coach suggested I run halo the last two weeks to harden up. Just placed an order with JP, and will start logging once I start taking the end of the month. Current cycle:

1,200mg Test-E
600mg Mast-E
555mg Tren-E
350mg Winny

And before I knew it, the time had come...

Popped my first halo cap around midday with a 50 winstrol. Tonight was arms, so I was interested to see what would happen. It did NOT disappoint. This is my volume Week and I generally do 205 close grip bench for my triceps for 6-8 for 3-4 sets. Before I knew it, I was doing 235 for 8 slow, clean reps. My girl's face said it all. Her jaw dropped. All my lifts were up. Caught dudes looking at me. Finished off with 100lb curls for 3 sets of 10 with 2 second negatives.

Tomorrow is leg day & I can't fucking wait...

Leg day went well. Didn't increase the weight on squats but rather the reps and control; 365. Felt good and strong. I did however feel the need to throw more plates on for stiff deads and standing leg raises. 315 for both.

People are starting to take notice; between the increase in weight moved and my increased leaning out and vascularity. Hitting PRs daily. Went heavy on back tonight:

Barbell row: 325 - 3 x 7
Bar shrugs: 405 - 2 x 7
Pulldown: 255 - 2 x 7
Cable row: 255 - 2 x 7
Dum row: 125 - 1 x 10

Short, sweet & to the fucking point ✌️

Some people are starting to test my patience at the gym. Can't stand fuckers who have no agenda and just get in the way. Couple ass clowns set camp at the military press on my shoulder day. Opted for dumbbells. My rage fueled, was able to put up 110s for reps. Silver lining.

Overall, fucking LOVED the halo! Between the cardio and weights, I was operating on a net caloric intake of less than 900. This is nothing new to me, however, I was able to still go strong with the halo. No question. Turned out to be a great weapon to add to my precontest arsenal and I'm thankful JP carries. Highly recommmended for the last couple of weeks during a cut. Loved it so much, I'm going to pick up some more for my last contest end of fall.

Not really. I think the stories of people losing their shit is overblown. That was my biggest fear but came to be unfounded.

I noticed an increase in my libido which my girl didn't mind.

I think you missed the word 'net.' My total caloric intake after subtracting calories expended through weights & cardio.

yeah, just went 20mg for 2 weeks. Felt it really helped hardening with carb up

i usually just took it with lunch & hit the gym at 5 after work. Yeah, legs seemed to get bigger, tighter & stronger 😁

for me I do all preworkout unless I have a client go over 20mg then I split up doses.
