I started a new blast last night! Some gear remains the same, I added and changed a thing or two.
The goal is to remove my winter coat...unveling a shredded lean mean summertime physique. I want to accomplish this with minimal dosages anabolics, GH, peptides, hypertrophy training and whole foods

Gear injected Sunday night:
PSL EP eurotropins @3.5 ius a day *** I inject this later today after training when I get home from work.
PSL CJC1295 DAC @ 2mgs a week
PSL NPP 100mg EOD
Old source MastP 100mgs EOD
Old source TIPP 250 @ 125mgs EOD
MT2 @250mcg

This is going to be a fun one since I've never used CJC

I woke up 5am this morning to hammer 20 minutes fasted cardio...DONE

Hopefully, she will be joining me on this summer shredder!

This shouldn't a makea difference but I'll be injecting every thing IM, so no subq's at all.

Post before and after photos when you get to where you want to be for summer so we can see the transformation.

My first meal after fasted cardio was half a chicken breast, 1/4 cup roasted almonds and 1 cup of rice, small amount of string beans
the second meal was protein shake and a banana

Monday-chestday went like this... I started with moderate weight DB flat presses, then added some incline db flies to get that deep stretch...I did 4 working sets each, minimal rest between sets, then switched to flat flies and incline db presses, 4 working sets each. Every rep was slow, keeping a moderate amount of TUT. Overall this DB session was solid, great pec activation. I finished chest with cable flies, I did 2 sets each of 3 different ROM using lightweight. This was a very high volume day ending with a killer pump

third meal was a chipotle bowl, brown rice double black beans, chicken, sour cream, corn and cheese
fourth meal, about 8 medium shrimp cocktail, 1/4 cup almonds, freeze dried cherries with small cut up pieces of aged white cheddar, this combo is an explosion of flavor on your palate, it's absolutely delicious


I'm not sure if its the 2 mgs CJC or just exhausted from the day but I swear I could crash out right now for the night...anyone who has any experience with CJC, feel free to chime in

Fifth meal- half chicken breast, a few large shrimp and some hummus with pita chips.

I forgot I also split 1 carton egg whites in two servings though my day.

Not sure about CJC alone...but the combo of GHRP-2 and CJC for me is like an injectable nap. I usually do my first shot upon waking just before my morning dump and about 5 mins on the toilet and I'm trying not to conk out and fall off. Th lethargy lats a couple hours...it's not too bad when I'm actually busy or distracted.

Today went like this
stationary bike warm up easy going 3 miles
abduction-SSets-adduction high rep count until massive muscle activation with long peak and stretch holds
leg extensions -- static resistance combined/ long sets of roughly 20 reps each
front squat machine reppedout 20 per set 3 sets
calves bodyweight/seated calve machine few seconds rest between sets also a lot of static resistance... I don't count calve reps, I rep-out until theres... fire in the hoooole


DB laterals 10's for 20, 15's for 15, 20's for 10 no rest at all perfect strict form... 2 sets of these combined with 2 sets front raises same weight, slight rest between each ROM
standing shoulder presses
seated DB presses

hanging leg raises 4 sets 10,8,8,8 S-set with laying leg raises on the mat, no count on these, went to failure. my abs were literally on fuvken fire!

Incredible pumps 2 days back to back!

I like this combo of anabolics and peptides... excellent choices for well being, strength and pumps...

The wife is tripping over mastP though, my hair seems to thin when I use it... even though it always comes right back, but she is begging me to stop the mast. Id be lying if I said it doesn't make me a little nervous too though... I mean what if this is that time doesn't thicken back up... FUCK.


SO far my meals are

first meal 1/4lb turkey breast, 1/4 cup almonds, few bits of white cheddar
2nd meal, protein shake, banana
3rd meal chipotle, double blacks, brown rice, chicken, SourCream, corn and cheese, hot sauce
4th meal 5o grams egg white drink
5th meal, 1/4 lb turkey, last of the almonds about 1/4 cup, 8 shrimp, less cheddar cheese than earlier,

ALready hungry as fuck!

oh yeah I cut up and ate several strawberries with meal 5
 
Moring morning! Today is a new day yesterday is gone, the future isn't here, so live in the present, get it done and make today awesome!!!

last night ended with a nice chicken cordon bleu and 1 1/4 cups steamed jasmin rice... then a 1/2 LARGE lol blueberry muffin from costco

This am ... 5 eggs, 50 grams egg whites... felling great abot today... woke up full, really full, and lean-er than yesterday morning.

today will be back and light cardio!
 
Add to that 1 cup strawberries, 1 banana, some avocado, want quite as ripe as I like yet, so I ate less than half and 1 large extra strong coffee ☕

Today I started out strong and I was full ready to conquer the day and push some iron... then ... then about 9:30am it felt like someone spiked my damn water with zannies man, lmao...where was I you say? THE GYM parking lot! fuck!

It's that wise saying that motivates ... The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak! No limits today motherfucker, get your ass in the gym...


warm up 12 minutes stationary bike
standing single leg hamstring curls- 5 sets 25/20/15/15/8

assisted pull-ups to warm-up, I don't count reps here, its just to get the fire going

Hammer close grip row machine 5 sets heavy weight, last set was a drop set, I switched from two arms to one arm so, when I do this I focus on holding that peak and stretch contraction, dropped the weight and finished to failure, the pump was killer man, game over! Back complete.

ha! not yet.

Standing bent over cable row machine, the one with the rotating knee rest... 5 sets each side 12-15 reps each set
Standing upright DB rows for the finishing touch, to polish the traps off.
rear delts- bent over rear laterals with DB- super slow holding the peak, my back and delts were screaming
2 sets reverse flie machine for finishing my delts

I had an appointment to nail so my pace for this session was nothing short of fast and furious. Good times.

Morning ASF! I have a report on this first-rate cocktail of anabolic-peptide greatness I'm running! THE SLEEP is AMAZING hahaha. I am literally sleeping like a teenage boy, that alone makes this KINGS cocktail worth the cost of admission for me. The overall feeling of wellness that comes from a solid nights rest is unparalleled.

back on topic... Yesterday was shot day and today as per usual...No PIP :) Muscle bellies are full, which is fantastic, I don't like feeling flat :( that is the "summer shred struggle" I'm seeing some forms of abs this week that were not visible last week, babay steps are still PROGRESS.

today was an easy day, I'm sore and needed some stetching sooo...

cardio low intensity 12 minutes
My back and hams are pretty sore so I stretched ...
I hung from the pull up bar to really stretch my back...
I hit the mats and stretched quads, glutes and hams for about 20 minutes


Ab training went like this
I prefer to start with hanging leg raises, since my upper body was not very warmed up, I felt the need to to get it warm, an easy to accomplish that for me is to start with some angled/close grip pull-ups, they are right there next to the bar I do hanging leg raises from.
3 sets, 8 slow reps each set, just for clarity, these are nothing like the crossfit type of pull-ups. I go start at the bottom, slowly pull up, hold, all the way down to a full stretch, repeat 8 times. This may not be neccesary for you, but it is for me, getting a slight pump with enough blood in all those secondary muscles allows me to feel secure while holding my body weight stable/injury free, while working the dogshit out of my abs!

I did 6 sets of hanging leg raise to failure and it's over, then to the mats for an assorted display of ab training

calves were on my to-do-list so seated plate loaded calves and body weight standing in between sets.
THATS it. I didnt count sets or reps, I just went until they were on FIRE and then did some more.

My meals
breakfast; small filet mignon. 1 everything bagel with all natural mixed nut butter and raw/unfiltered honey dripped on top of that
second meal; 50 grams egg whites, 1 banana
3rd meal; grilled salmon filet, lemon basmati rice
4th meal; sliced turkey, 1/2 avocado, 1 THICK piece peppered bacon, 1 slice swiss, 1 cup fresh strawberries

hungry and waiting for meal 5

That bread is not ordinary bread. Lol that is “seedsation” bread from central market baked fresh today with no preservatives at all. If you dont know, this means you either eat it or it goes bad quickly, like overnight. Our mainstream variety of food is full of chemicals and garbage, so whenever I can, I eat real foods, you can truly feel the difference. Bread and cheese is my vice lol
