Whats up guys im new to everything having to do with gear lol. Im 23 and been lifting pretty much since 11th grade so im not too much of a rookie. I am a jiu jitsu practitioner and do muay thai as well. Im currently 5'10 @175lbs. Not sure whats my body fat is, but i do have muscle n some saggy/fat left over. Im looking to shred up by getting on VAR. Anddd thats it for now guys, see you all soon!
