Typical day of eating:
Meal 1: 6 eggs, 1 cup oats
-50 mg winstrol oral, 50 mcg T4
Meal 2: shake or bar w/ @ 30 grams protein, 30 grams carbs
Meal 3: 3 packets of tuna (7.5 oz), Dave's Killer Bagel, 3 oz almonds
Meal 4: shake w/ 30 g whey, mandarin oranges
- 12.5 mg MK-677, 100 mg TNE, 50 mg injectable anadrol, 100 mg cyp
Pre workout: Redcon1 Total War and Big Noise
-50 mg winstrol oral
Peri-workout: 32 oz Regular Powerade or Gatorade
Post workout: shake w/ 60 g protein, 30 g carbs, 5 g creatine, 5 g glutamine
Meal 5: 8 oz chicken, 1 cup white rice
Meal 6: 8 oz 90% ground sirloin, 1 cup white rice

As you can see I'm just doing 100 mg cyp with each shot. If I take my anadrol dose to 75 mg/day which I've strongly considered, that comes out to a 3cc injection every day, or more accurately 2 bilateral 1.5 cc injections in the muscles to be trained.
