Hope everyone is doing great. It’s been a little bit since I’ve been on here have had some things going on in the personal life but it’s that time of year to start getting ready for shows again. I know I’ve got the best at my backing in GC. If anyone has any questions I’d be happy to answer
Yea I’ve been working out for sure , right now I’m about 233 at a pretty lean starting point all things considered. Ab lines showing , some vascularity in biceps , some quad cuts so should be a good starting point. Leaner starting point than last year which should make for an easier cut and come in really tight this year

Enjoying some clen cramps this week abs locked up at dinner tonight haha had to stand up and stretch and chug water for about 10 minutes lol the joys of starting a cut and getting the body acclimated
I’m cramp prone it happens , GC Clen is legit that’s for sure as is everything of course
Lol I don’t eat enough veggies need to get more in my diet for sure
