So here's one of my routines for arms, my goal here is just gaining mass rather than strength. Yes I'd like both but primary goal is mass. I've got decent size as is but I want a second opinion from those that have the size to show for their information
Dumbell curls, 45 lbsx 12 reps 5 sets
drop to 25 lbs 15 reps x 4 sets
Tricep pushdowns with the triangle 95lbs 12 reps x 5 sets
Rope 45 lbs x 15 reps x 4 sets
Bar curls 70 lbs 15 reps x 5 sets
Delt flys 30 lbs 10 x 5 sets drop to 20 lbs
15 reps x 4 sets
This is just for arms, Anything yall wanna add to or take away from let me know.
I feel like I'm doing a significant amount more work than dudes lifting much lighter weights than what I'm using and they are twice my size.
