Hi Everyone,

Let me first off allow myself to thank Alan, Hu Pharma, and the various reps associated with them across the boards. Everyone was really helpful in assisting me. Customer service is top notch.

HU Pharma was nice enough to provide me with some store credit in exchange for bloodwork and a log. I'll be pulling bloods at 5 weeks to check Testosterone and Estradiol in order to dial in my AI and to show potency of the oils. Will also be pulling IGF-1 for the GH.

Goals:
I'm Looking to do a lean bulk; slow and steady wins the race. Hopefully not gain too much fat in the process. I'd like to lean out a bit if possible, but my primary goal is to pack on some muscle mass.

Starting Stats:
198 LBS
6 ft. 0 in.
26 Years old
15% Bodyfat DEXA

The Cycle:
HU PHARMA Testosterone Enanthate @ 500mgs per weeks 1-16
HU PHARMA Equipoise @ 600mgs per weeks 1-15
Test E and EQ with be frontloaded for first week / two doses.

HU PHARMA GH @ 3.33 iu's daily upon waking
HCG @ 250iu per weeks 3-8 / weeks 11-16
Aromasin @ 12.5mg E3D (Will be adjusted based on side effects and mid-cycle bloodwork)

PCT:
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
Clomid 75/50/50/50

Starting Diet
2650 Calories
199 Protein
298 Carbs
74 Fats

These macros will be adjusted along the way. Currently in a reverse diet phase and will taper up the calories. Hopefully I'll be able to bump them up a bit higher. We will have to see how my metabolism does.

Baseline / Pre-Cycle Bloodwork:
I've been waiting for my pre-cycle bloodwork for a week now and finally got it today. The numbers are much lower than I expected them to be. I was shooting for somewhere in the 600s and well, as you can see below, I scored a 264 for my baseline. It's pretty damn low for someone my age. After this cycle, I'll like go to a clinic and get prescribed for TRT.

Training
I'll be doing a modified form of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. 4 days a week

MONDAY - Strength OHP / Hypertrophy Bench
TUES - Strength Squats / Hypertrophy Deadlifts
WEDS - REST
THURS - Strength Bench / Hypertrophy OHP
FRI - Strength Deadlifts / Hypertrophy Squats
WEEKEND - REST

For those of you who aren't familiar it's a powerlifting style program with progressive overload and some form of auto-regulation.

For my programming, it will be 5/3/1, in addition to that I'm adding a 5x5 First Set Last to the day's main compound movement as well as doing a staggered compound movement 5x10 Boring But Bigger along with additional bodybuilding accessory / isolation work. More details of this programming in Jim's books. Essentially it will be a Power-building Strength / Hypertrophy hybrid style of training.

Let me first off start by saying that first impressions are a huge deal. The labels on these bad boys are the nicest I have ever seen. Shiny, holographic with sleek and modern design. The labels are high quality and will not deteriorate when wet. I did have one gripe. When my vials arrived, the stickers were crooked and some were upside-down. It's not a big deal, it's just a label so I fixed them, but I want to be honest with my review and it was something that did slightly bother me. I am told by a rep that the issue has been handled and should be good now.

Working on it. I don't log all my food til the end of the day. I do a sorta IIFYM type of deal, not exactly the brodiet but it works for me and my lifestyle.

No I did not pull a baseline IGF-1 because I am currently on another sponsor's GH, and will be switching to HU Pharma's so having a baseline from that sponsor's GH wouldn't offer much insight.

Daily Notes:

Went over a bit on the protein today, so I subtracted a bit of carbs to meet my caloric intake. I'm a big fan of IIFYM (if it fits your macros), since its really flexible and fits well with my lifestyle. I'm not 100% accurate but I do my best to keep it within a 5% margin of error.

So first time pinning HU Pharma gear. Ended up front-loading a total of 600 EQ and 500 Test-E. 3cc into VG and 1cc into delts. First time pinning delts so it was a bit sore at first. Got my workout in and the blood flowing, pain slowly subsided. We'll have to see about PIP tomorrow. Gear is super smooth. Pre-heated the vials in hot water for a few minutes prior to drawing and pinning. Not a fan of the caps and crimps that HU Pharma uses, but it's a small annoyance at most, I'll live with it.

As far as training goes. Today is my last day of this deload cycle. Took it easy and did some light weights, focused on the concentric squeeze and slow on the eccentric portions.

Also.. I'd love any criticism or suggestions you guys have to offer. I've been working out for awhile, but fairly new to AAS and still have a lot to learn about bodybuilding in general. Whether it's bad or good, let me know so I can nip it in the bud quickly. I have thick skin, so don't worry about hurting any feelings.

Managed to clean up the home gym today. Rearranged some things and what not since it's rest day. Can't wait for this test to kick in, I feel a bit sluggish in the mornings possibly due to low T.

Ran out of pumpkin pie so I resorted back to my favorite cereal, cinnamon toast crunch!

I hate rest days because I feel so lazy, but I know they're essential to building muscle and getting stronger.

OOOOH ... Also got a nice little TD from HU PHARMA. Some black tops from the black friday sale.

Myfitnesspal thatís a damn good app. I just downloaded it and will be using it for my hu blast. I usually just use good ol pin and paper but this seems much better and comes everywhere with you.

Not much to say about rest days. Tomorrow is my favorite day. OHP and Bench... Pump day!!!

Decided to eat a little bit less carbs today since it was a rest day. Also store ran out of cinnamon toast crunch so I figure I tried something else. Saw some Reeses Pieces Cereal and forgot how good they were. Lovin it.

Thanks for subbing in TX!

Two reasons. Its a protocol I saw on another forums and after reading through it, it made a lot of sense to me. For guys that still cycle off, we need some stimulation, but dont want to overstimulate so taking a quick break inbetween is good especially since this is a longer cycle. Another reason is because I have a 5000iu bottle and taking that 3 week break allows me to not have to break open another.

So today was my second frontloaded dose. 3cc's into VG and 1cc into left delt. Loving VG, hoping it doesn't PIP. My right side VG is still a little tender from the first pin.


Started getting symptoms of high E a few hours after taking the second dose, slightly itchy nipples and minor headaches. Took 12.5mg Asin and went away after an hour or two


Got into the gym and started my main compound lifts. For some reason, my shoulders just felt taxed. It really reflected that on my hypertrophy bench sets. I usually kill 135x10 like its nothing, but my shoulders were just torched. The rest of the work out, I got my blood flowing and pump going strong. Crazy pumps!!! I was doing 10/10/10 curl supersets until I couldn't, dropped down to 8/8/8 and 7/7/7.. Finished off with some Push ups for a burn out. Focusing a lot on bodybuilding accessories, form and slow eccentric, strong contractions.

Today was a nice strength squat and back volume day. Lots of energy, but started to die out on the last 3 exercises. Trying to push as hard as I could, I want these gains so bad.


Moved around some food to fit my macros a bit better. I wanted more carbs pre-workout so opted for a huge bowl of cereal. Think I need to start doing some carbs pre-workout and some carbs intra-workout to keep me fueled and going.


Still trying to nurse a tennis elbow injury. It's a lot better now. I feel a little discomfort here and there, but for the most part it's gone away. I can start doing pull ups again making sure my form is good so I don't get that issue again... learned my lesson. LEAVE MY EGO AT THE DOOR.

Just another rest day... It's pretty uncommon that I get PIP when pinning VG, perhaps I'm not used to the large amount of oil due to frontloading. It's not too bad, little tender to touch or sit on, but I'll live.


I'm probably going to keep my Aromasin at 12.5mg E3D until week 5 when I get my blood work done. Will see what my e2 is like and adjust from there. Hoping that E3D is enough.. If I start to feel symptoms, I'll up dosage to EOD.

Had some friends over for a workout so I felt a lot more motivated today. Really crushed it. The main compound movements were a little disappointing, I feel like I could've done way more on the bench, but my tennis elbow is holding me back a little. Moved onto accessories and smashed it. Reps and Sets... Right around triceps, I got a little tired, but all of a sudden got a second wind in me and starting crushing it. Could really feel my muscles swelling up... even my workout partners noticed. I am also noticing that I'm holding a bit of water already. Look at lot more wet than when I started.


Had some e2 sides come back up. Periodic sensitivity on my left nipple, so dosed some aromasin today. I will probably be upping the scheduled dosage to EOD @ 12.5mg.

For glutes I do 25g 1.5"
VG I do 25g 1"
for delts... so far I've tried a 29g 1/2" slin pin... will try a 25g 1" next time.

Im not exactly the leanest guy so that's why the pin lengths are a bit longer than most.

So not everyone is perfect... Just goes to show I overate a bit today. Just couldn't stop chowing down on the Reese's Peanut butter cereal. Shit is too addicting... It's fine, it's bulking season and I know I'm gonna get a little bit fluffy. Still don't want any excuses to let myself go though, so I will definitely try my best to keep it under control. Weighed in today and I'm at 202 lbs, Started at 197 or 198... so gained about 5-6 lbs in a week. Mostly glycogen and water retention from the hormones is my assumption. Will be trending it and logging it to keep track. I always get scared of getting fat, but I need to always remind myself that you can't get big without getting a little fluffy. I really don't want to let myself go too far off the path though..


Workout today was brutal, did my best to push through. Leg day is always so tiring, especially on the compound lifts. It really taxes your stamina when doing so many reps on these. Accessories are not too bad.


I had a little gyno scare for a bit today, Was feeling my left nipple and felt a little lump. I thought it was the start of gyno, but I do remember always having this lump from since I was in highschool. I believe it's called Pseudo-gyno. The lump doesn't hurt and it's not in the middle of the nipple but rather on the outer edge of the chest muscle. Shouldn't be of any concern, but I will monitor it closely. If anything, I think I'm just being paranoid. I tend to get a bit antsy.

Logs going great other than some minor e2, and me being overly paranoid about gyno.

I'm probably around 15-16% body fat according to my last dexa scan a month ago. Though I feel fatter since gaining all this water weight and glycohen... Atleast I hope it's from that due to the hormones. Jumped up about 5-6 lbs in less than a week.

Pop's brought home a bunch of raw fish from his fishing buddies so decided to eat sushi for dinner instead of my usual burger. Pretty sure the fat content is higher than what the app actually says, so I'll take that with a grain of salt. Couldn't resist the urge for sushi after seeing the fresh cuts of fish.

Completely annihilated today's workout. I love volume. The reps and sets, the pump is what fuels me. Was able to push 10 reps of 125lbs on standing overhead press, slaughtered it.


Ever since I've switched to HU Pharma GH, I've been waking up like 2-3 times per night with numb arms. It's crazy. I even get them pretty often throughout the day. Goes to show how strong this stuff is. I wasn't getting these drastic symptoms on another sponsors GH at the same dosage of 3.33 iu.


Measured arms at 16 3/8" with full pump, 16" without. One big goal of mine is to grow my arms this cycle. Looking to get to a decent arm size.


As far as diet, I was extremely hungry today. Decided to add in a few extras on top of my burger for dinner (post workout meal). I usually don't have baked sweet potato fries, but I had to carb out today after the crazy workout.

My wife usually meal preps my breakfast and lunches on days I got work, but on days that I stay home and for dinners, it's all on me. Grew up in a household that hardly ever ate out, watched my parents cooked and learned from them. Even now, I eat out maybe once a month... I have to go out of my way to do it too. Literally have to plan a "go out to eat" night, otherwise it's all home cooking.

I can't deal with monotonous food. I have to keep things sharp otherwise I fall off the wagon. I give props to the brothers that have the discipline to do chicken & broccoli, and steak and potatoes. I would lose my shit haha.

I kinda fucked up on my diet a little again. Ate about 10% over on the calories. Should be okay as long as I don't keep doing this, I'm trying to bulk, but again, don't want to let it get out of control. Thankfully it's on a lower day so more calories are used up today anyway.


These lower days kick my ass so I tried using a tip that someone recommended me. I can't afford carb powder/intra-workout right now so I used some welch's gummy fruit snacks. Should work fairly similar as it's just fast sugary energy. Worked a little. Was able to push through my hypertrophy deadlift sets.


I've lowered my dosage of GH from 3.33iu to 2.5iu since I kept waking up at night because of numb limbs. It's pretty annoying so I'm gonna taper down for a bit. I hope it's still effective at this dosage being that I'm pretty young and my natural GH production may or may not be fairly similar to this? This GH is definitely some potent shit.


Overall, alright day.. other than slightly overeating. My body was just fiending for carbs, and I couldn't stop myself. Maybe it's telling me to eat more because it wants to grow.

Still feeling a bit under the weather, but I had to push through and get a work out in. Drinking some codeine as I write this log, hopefully it'll knock my ass out and let me get some rest.


Insane pump in the gym today, feeling really full and really strong. Strongest I've been since my tennis elbow injury. I've been struggling with push exercises for a while, but now that my tennis elbow has gotten a lot better, I can start to up the weights again. Going to do it in phases, start real slow and work my way up. I've learned my lesson. NO EGO.


Past by the sushi aisle at the grocery store today, and couldn't resist this cheap ass sushi. I'm a sucker for sushi. I used to spend hundreds at sushi bars, omakase, anything. I can't afford to do it nowadays since that was back in the days of being single, and owning a thriving business. Since then I'm married and work for the man... No where near as much money now, but I'll eat any sushi. Gas station sushi to high end, I love it all. Somehow managed to fit it into my macros almost damn near perfectly and even have some room for dessert.

Work place had a small party so I went off on my macros a bit. Tried my best to stay within bounds and track it as best as I could, but there's no way I'm gonna break out a scale at a party. Eyeballed it and called it a day.


Workout was pretty brutal, I managed to do 300x5 for deadlifts, I really wanted 1 more rep on that set, but I just didn't have the energy to break through it. I think it was because of my diet today. Too much oily, greasy, catered food.


Pinned right delt with a 25g 1" pin today. Immediately got PIP and it went away in about 30 mins. It's still a little sore if I raise my arm all the way up, but thats to be expected.

So got called in to do some emergency work. The nature of my job is some what on-call, if there's a problem I have to be there. Basically meant that I had to skip lunch and where the job site was, there was only one option for a quick dinner. Didn't have time to fuck with macros so I just went based off of the calorie counter on their menu. To my surprise I got it pretty close to my daily caloric target, but the macros themselves were completely off. Oh well, I did my best with the situation and that's all I could have done. Probably shouldn't have had that milk shake, but I needed to hit calories and there was no other real option close by since we needed to get right back to work.


Started my HCG protocol today and will be on for the next 5 weeks. Taking 250iu every 4 days.

For sure. I eat fruit or cereal once in awhile in the mornings, always have a shit load of carbs, that's for sure. I'm sure it's not ideal, but at the level of bodybuilding that I'm at... I don't think those extremely small deviations will make a difference. Maybe when stepping on stage or at an elite level, every gram of sugar counts. As far as I'm concerned, If it fits my macros, I'm game.

I'm just having a lot of fun with it. Glad you're enjoying and following along TX!

Pinned my left delt with a 25g 1" pin. Felt a little pressure, kinda PIP'd right off the bat. I notice with delt pins that the pip hits instantly and goes away in 2 hours. It returns the next day but it's pretty manageable. Haven't had crazy episodes like I do sometimes with glutes. Knock on wood.


Had a really intense workout today. Tried my best to push some heavier weight and get some volume in there. Started to feel a little fatigued half way through the workout so I ate some gummy candies. Got me back on track, but maybe that's placebo.


Really feel like I'm growing daily. Weighed in at 202.8 lbs today, used an omron body fat meter and got 14.3% BF. It's not accurate, but it's good to trend these things. Gained a lot of weight in the first few weeks probably due to water retention and glycogen. I hope there's some muscle growth in there.

Thank you brother. You're one of the few people I know on this forum from another forum. I decided to branch out because of certain things I noticed, stemming from what happened to you.

I do my best to keep my promises. I promised Alan that I would do a detailed daily log, and that I will do my best to fulfill. It's actually more of a benefit for me if anything. I can go back and review my progress later in the future to see what worked and didn't.

I was extremely tired today. Didn't have too good of sleep last night... maybe 2 or 3 hours at most? I kept sweating profusely... I normally sweat a lot, but on gear, It's just way crazier and it made it uncomfortable to fall asleep.... So as a result, I went into the gym fairly exhausted already. Tried my best to push it as far as I could. Wanted to push some more volume on squats, but couldn't. I skipped out on the hypertrophy deadlifts today because I knew I wouldn't have been able to finish my accessories if I did, plus I can save my back for Friday on my heavier deadlift day.


I'm trying to build more of my lats, as that's probably the weakest body part I have. I mean, overall, I'm not very big, but lats is definitely the smallest on my frame. I've been adding a lot more lat focused exercises to my programming to compensate.


All in all, I'm pretty happy with my workout today.

I know guys, I really do try to follow my daily macros. I've come to find a balance that allows me to do that without turning myself into a sociopath. A few extra calories here and there isn't going to mess me up entirely, and my daily macros are set at maintenance so a few over is putting me into a 10-15% surplus which isn't too bad. I think I'll be okay. In any case, I estimated the macros in the cheat meal. Pretty much just eye balled what I thought it would be, and I think it's a fairly accurate guess.


In any case, another rest day. Sigh... Tomorrow is CHEST DAY THOUGH... chest day is best day!

.... Man... I hate fucking up my diet lol. Coworker made her famous cheesecake. It's an actual award winning cheesecake that's she's won multiple years in a row for. She only makes it for us once or twice a year, and I wasn't gonna pass up a chance for it. Totally worth it. Training was fun today. I love chest day... Who doesn't right? Smashed the weight. It felt really light today, I can feel myself getting stronger despite coming back from a tennis elbow injury. Soon I'll be able to bench 2 plates... *fingers crossed*

So I decided to eat a little more today because it's week 3 of my deadlift. For anyone that doesn't know... 5/3/1 is split into 4 week blocks. It progressively gets heavier, week 3 is the heaviest and week 4 is a deload. Basically Light > Mild > Heavy > Deload. So week 3 is the hardest week of the block. Deadlift days usually take the hardest toll on me so I figure a few extra calories wouldn't hurt.


Pretty disappointed in my deadlift strength today. I could only muster out 3 reps on my top set of 315. Was hoping to do at least 5, shooting for a high of 6 reps. I felt my form breaking down a lot after the 3rd rep and called it quits. It is what it is, I'll suck it up and get back at it next block. This is my first year doing deadlifts, prior to this, I've never done them. Only did the bro exercises throughout my earlier years of training. Only this year was when I finally got my programming down and locked in so I think progress wise, it's alright, but again still a little disappointed.


I decided to skip hypertrophy squats today as my back was taxed and I was pooped. Muscled in a few accessories and called it a day.

Went to Costco today to buy some stuff for tomorrow's Christmas Party. Saw one very last tomahawk steak... I mean.. I can't just leave it there, it's the last one... Christmas Eve, had to squeeze in a workout in the morning. I wasn't gonna miss my favorite workout day even though it's just a deload. Didn't push heavy weight on the mainlifts, but did a lot of accessories. Got a good pump going and went to go eat.


Been having a few issues lately...


1) I've been ridiculously tired in the mornings. I mean insanely tired. I'll pin my 2.5iu of GH at 5am and either go back to sleep If I'm not working that day, and wake up at 10 because I'm just so exhausted. Or I'll head to work and just struggle to keep my eyes open at around 7am. I usually eat my breakfast at 630am on work days and if not 10am on days I don't work if that makes a difference. Not sure what the cause of my exhaustion is... At first I thought it was the carbs in the morning, but even if I don't eat, I'd be insanely tired too


2) I've been having some insane night sweats. I naturally sweat a lot regardless of gear or any kind of drugs or strenuous activity, but recently, I've been drenched at night. It's crazy. Not sure what the issue is, but would like to fix it. Tired of having to change pillow covers every 2 days.

Slept in a lot today... made some breakfast and went out to do some grocery shopping. Thought I would play around with changing some of my diet to make things a little less monotonous. I have a lot of calories to play with since I'm on a bulk, figure I might as well have some fun. Been craving PB&J sandwiches so figured out a way to fit that in along with having cereal. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my diet changes. Kinda wish I bought some real nut butter, instead of this PBFIT powder stuff. It tastes alright, but not the same as real peanut butter. Oh well.


Ever since I've switched over to HU Pharma GH, I've been having a lot more side effects. CTS, Swollen hands, Numbness, & extreme fatigue. Like I mentioned before I used to take 3.33 ius of another sponsor's HGH, but have had to drop it to 2.5i iu for the HU Pharma black tops and I STILL get the crazy side effects. I'm amazed how potent it is. Can't wait to run an IGF test.


Does anyone know the protocol for pulling IGF? I know its atleast 1 month, but do I have to do a 10iu dose before pulling bloods? I would prefer not to, as I dont know if I could handle the sides... plus I think it'd be more realistic to pull a dose that I'm actually doing daily no?

no need to pin 10iu 3hrs before labwork to test for IGF.

just pin your regular dose and get IFG levels checked , same day or the next day , doesnt really matter.

First off... HAPPY FUCKIN' NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!. I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful New Year's celebration.


Pinned left glute today, was a little shaky so I'm anticipating some PIP in the next few days. My left side is always hard as hell to pin. I have a hard time reaching the side since I'm right handed, so I use my left hand and it causes the pin to be super shaky. If anyone has some advice on pinning off-handed, do tell.


Today, I smashed my fucking work out. My programming has been going really well lately, and the progression is almost linear. Almost too linear, but that's good. Hoping to keep pushing forward. I love this powerbuilding platform that I'm on. I'm starting to deviate a bit from the previous programming in the sense that on MON/TUES I will do heavier weight on accessories, and THUR/FRI I will do more reps and lighter weight on the accessories. Main compound movements will keep their calculated program.


Mom made some home-made beef pho. There's no way I'm gonna pass it up. Decided to cheat again. Like I said before, I'm not gonna drive myself insane following an extremely strict diet plan, especially on a bulk. I will however try to keep in tamed and within reason, but occasions like this is where I think we should just be normal humans and eat. Not everyday do you get this opportunity. Any who, This took 2 days to make, with a whole lot of beef bones, tendons, and flank steak. This ain't no restaurant Pho with MSG, canned beef stock and beef bouillon, this is the real deal, on the stove top for 12 hours with water, bones and seasonings.

So I decided to work out early in the AM because I had some stuff to do today. For some reason, I just felt super tired while training and I couldn't push through my workout. Leg days are usually really brutal, but this one was on another level. Perhaps I'm just not used to training at this time. Not sure. Did some squats and a few sets into my 5x5s, my right knee starting hurting so I decided to call it and move onto accessories. At this point, I was just entirely gassed out, but I did my best to stay focused on the workout. Probably one of my worst workouts, but shit happens. Just gotta pick up and grind.


Finished my work out and got busy with some stuff. For some reason, I didn't feel hungry at all the entire day. I ended up missing 2 meals!!!! It usually never happens. Even when it was time for dinner, I didn't have the urge to eat at all. Not sure what the hell is going on. EQ is supposed to make you super hungry, and up until today I would be starving and anxiously waiting for meal time. Today was just bizarre. Didn't feel like eating at all. Had to literally force feed my last meal and I still didn't hit macros/calories.

Just another rest day. Some slight pain in my right knee from yesterdays squat session. Its a really sharp pain when pressure it put on it, really hoping it doesn't stay around for too long and praying that I'm not injured.


Seems like the sides from GH are slowly subsiding so I might up my dosage back up to 3.33 iu soon. Gonna keep it at 2.5 iu until I pull bloods on Sunday and we will see from there. Kind of want to stretch my GH since my budget right now is super tight. Going through some hard times at the moment, with work cutting back on our hours, but I'll live.

So right knee still hurts a little bit from Tuesday's squat session. Hoping it get's better by tomorrow so I can do some deadlifts. It only hurts when I massage it, but it's right on the patella. Other than that I'm okay.


Did some over head press today and managed to break a rep PR which is pretty nice. 130lbs x 9 reps, I think I coulda had maybe 1 more rep, but I was gassed out and lungs were on fire. Progress is going really good so far.


So as I stated before.. Prior to this year, I've been doing bodybuilding bro-split style workouts. 3 sets of 10 reps, etc,etc 1 body group per day, once a week. I've since switched to a powerbuilding program and have focused on making strength gains. This is what I've done in a year. Overhead Press, Deadlifts, and Squats were lifts that I had never done prior to this year, so I think my progress on them is going very well considering I'm pretty new to the movements. I've had a great strength coach guiding me along the way.

Smashed my deadlift workout today. Luckily my right knee feels way better today. Very very minor pain if I put pressure on it with my finger, but it wasn't painful to deadlift at all. Ended up doing 275x10reps and it felt pretty easy. Finished off the workout with accessories. Decided to do some barbell rows since I haven't done them in awhile and I figure it's a great exercise to build some back thickness.


Overall, not a bad day. Still feeling really fatigued throughout the day. I can almost instantly sleep on command if I decide to just lay down for 2 seconds. Which is good and bad...

So I didn't even realize that I missed a log yesterday. My apologies, I was really busy and it was just a rest day anyway. I did however pull bloods yesterday so will be waiting a week or so on results.


I've been dying to try test base preworkout for a long time now, I had some from another sponsor and decided since I already did my bloods, I would add some into the mix. It is my first time using test base so I started for 50mg 30 mins preworkout. Pinned it into my left delt, Sort of stung/burned a little bit going in, but nothing crazy... Immediately tasted a metallic/sweet-ish taste in my mouth after pinning it.. basically tasted like what it smelled like, which is kind of pleasant to me... Sort of tasted like ... grass jelly (asian dessert) if anyone's ever had that... I'm not sure if it's the hype or if I'm already used to these high stimulant preworkout drinks, but test base wasn't all people make it up to be. The pump and alertness was alright, but to be honest it felt the same as regular preworkout drinks, but a lot more expensive. Can anyone else clarify on this? A lot of people told me test base made them animals in the gym, maybe my dosage was too low? In any case, it was alright. I rate it a 7/10. Good pumps, and focus, but MEH on the price factor and the fact that you have to inject it.


In any case, pushed pretty hard on this workout. Didn't feel too tired, but I was definitely getting fatigued by the end of it. Since I was getting a good pump, decided to measure my biceps. 16 5/8" SWEET... went up a bit. lean 17" biceps is my goal for now.

Decided to eat a bit extra calories today since it's a lower day. Leg days usually beat the shit out of me so I wanted to experiment with a bit more in the tank. Worked out pretty good. I smashed through the workout pretty quickly. Started to get a bit fatigued, but then somehow caught a second wind and started going Rambo on the last few sets of deadlift. Legs are probably one of my weakest body parts so I'm trying very hard to change that.

Decided to give test base another shot. 50mg again, this time 45 mins preworkout. It's not bad. I'm saving the 100mg dose for next week when my workouts get really hard. I won't give it my full review until I try the full dosage.


Workout was extremely hard today. Everything felt super heavy for some reason. I could barely rep out my bench sets due to fatigue from the overhead press sets. My shoulders were on fire... Bench weight is usually pretty light, and I had to decrease weight because my shoulders were so burnt out.


Sides from GH are slowly getting better. I still get numb hands here and there, but the mornings are a bit more tolerable now.

Workout was pretty easy for the main compound movements. As it started to go on I got a bit fatigued, but overall felt pretty strong.


Recently I've been having issues with my hands and forearms going numb, and all of my fingers getting trigger finger. They all lock up and it's very inconvenient and sometimes a little painful. I don't know if it's the GH sides again or what could be going on. It's getting quite annoying though. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've thought about it. I went from 3.33 iu to 2.5 iu initially. I feel like going under 2.5 iu doesn't have any benefits at all. I could probably produce more naturally?

I have been using Hu Pharma's HGH for a little over a month now. I pulled IGF-1 bloodwork at 5 weeks into using Hu Pharma's GMP black top kits. Prior to this I was using another sponsor for several months, This is still my first 'cycle' of HGH, but have been on for awhile now.


The score below was taken fasted in the morning 3 hours after an injection of 2.5 IU.


When I first switched to HU Pharma's GH, I was using 3.33 iu's however I found that I could not handle the side effects and tapered down to 2.5 iu's where I have remained until now, the side effects are still driving me nuts at this dosage. For specific details, please see my log in the HU Pharma forum. I have listed every supplement I take, every workout I do, and everything I eat in detail for full transparency. You can also see that I am taking 12.5mg of Aromasin E3D which can also affect IGF score.


Overall... EXTREMELY happy with these results. A score of 388 IGF-1 with only taking 2.5 iu's daily while on AI!

Decided to try test base again today since this is my week 3 block of the program and it's a bench day. Pinned it into my right delt with a 5/8" 25G pin about 45mins before workout, went in smooth, stung a little bit yet again, but all good. I'm sad to say that I'm a bit disappointed by this test base. I'm not sure if it's the brand or if I don't react well to it, but I didn't really get anything out of it. Literally everyone I've talked to has told me the amazing pre-workout pump, aggression, strength you get from test base, but I just wasn't feeling anything... Maybe a little extra endurance? maybe placebo.


I missed my rep goal on my top set of bench press by 1 rep. Was supposed to do 205x5, but was only able to crank out 4. Entire workout went pretty well, I like working out in a pretty fast pace.


Still got GH sides continuing from my previous log posts. Hands are actually numb as I type this log right now. It's a bit annoying, but I think I can live with it for a bit. I'm trying a few solutions recommended to me by a few people. If all else fails, I will decrease dosage to 2 iu.

After yesterday's IGF-1 results from HU Pharma's HGH being so great, I'm disappointed to say that my testosterone numbers from HU Pharma's Test-E were not so great. It really sucks because Alan and the rest of Hu Pharma reps were very helpful during my ordering and while I was on cycle. Somewhere along the line, the ball was dropped and the oils were not up to par as the rest of their services.

DISCLAIMER: I had received store credit in advance in exchange for doing bloodwork and a log for HU Pharma. I am in no way affiliated with them other than the fact that I owed them bloodwork and a log of my cycle. Of course my cycle cost more than the store credit given, so I had to pay the difference.

I've logged every single detail explicitly in my log located in the HU Pharma forum. I put it out there for 100% transparency and it shows every thing I've ate, every time I've worked out, and every supplement I have consumed as well as notes on how I felt. If you have any questions as far as how my protocol was day to day, it is all listed there. I'm not here to blast anyone nor trash anyone's name. I've invested a lot of time and effort into this log and cycle, and just want what was promised.

I have contacted HU Pharma + Reps and am waiting for a reply.

I was taking 500mg of Test E and 600mg of EQ every Monday and Friday. Pulled bloodwork at the start of week 6, 48 hrs after injection as per BOP Bloodwork protocol. This should have given me a result approximately 5 times of my dosage, which is 2500 ng/dL, however I scored a 1784. My E2 is a little high, but still within range so that may factor a slight bit into the score, but I can't imagine over 700 points difference over that. At this point, I am extremely disappointed. The gear was not as promised which is disheartening as I've done my best in providing the best log I could. It's a shame because HU Pharma's service is great, but if your products are not great as well. It doesn't mean much... :(
