Wanted to put this up for everyone that has knee problems. Works really well to warm up the tendons instead of just the muscles and prep them for the load. I'm usually not a fan of this guy but this is a solid warmup for me and really helped my knee pain this week

Yeah I usually don't like him but I'm gonna start watching more of his stuff after this. This is the absolute most effective one I've ever tried! My knees don't even hurt today after leg day, which is unheard of for me over the last year

Exactly my thoughts lol. I saw mostly trash so I'd written this off until this week when I get desperate. I can't believe my knees haven't hardly hurt at all
