Hello guys,

I do not know if you have read about my misadventure, anyway, at least for the moment, my legs will not be part of this first phase 1 of mass.
But I have all the above part to train and grow.
So, I re-start with this first bulk phase.

If this is current stats 5'8" 165lbs ... do you have a goal weight
 
First of all: DIET.

This, we all know, is the most important thing!
(And if you don't know it yet, well, now you know it too.)

Before what we take of "extra", before training, to achieve the body we want we must take care of what we eat.
macronutrients, total kcal, foods...

If you don't control what you eat, you don't have control over your body.


Therefore, I get up every morning between 4 and 5 and start cooking meals for the day.



No, I'm not cooking for everyone, this is just MINE :)
(and it's not even all I have to eat in the day).

I understand because I'm a poor responder to AAS as well but how about 2 grams? Which is still much higher then 500mg but still considered high dose.
I'd put money on it that you wouldn't see much difference between 2g and 4g other then sides. I've been there a few times. Just my opinion. Be safe.

People want to act superior on AAS boards, most of which I strongly doubt even work out. run your doses mano they are your doses not theirs. I'm rooting for you bro, ripped and big is the goal:winkfinger:

It's prevalent.. you'll get a lot of guys like that.. a lot of guys don't even know the mechanism behind particular movements and what they're even doing or why, a lot of times it's just monkey see monkey do..
 
Kill it bro....all the bla bla doesn't mean a fuckin' thing . It's your body and no one else . Some people can get huge on 500mg test and some deca...but we are all different ! You definetively have the right frame of mind and you will reach your goal .

This morning first hitch of the journey happened.



My stomach is so full that I could not have breakfast.
Zero hunger. nausea so much.


I know that without food we don't grow, but this is my big problem.
when it comes to getting in the cut there are no problems, I can fast for days.
but eat every 2-3 hours... fuck, it's hard!
 
mk677 helped me a lot with hunger.

make sure you chew your food really good , get some digvestive enzimes, get lots of fiber in your diet.

it takes time to get used to eating more man... sometimes it can take me 45mins to put down 8oz chicken and 1 cup of rice. it sucks , but its the only way to grow gdi!
