I wouldn't overdose them at all brother. Trust me I'm not the biggest fan of PPL but in my years of experience dealing with them, and friends dealing with them besides the one or two times they absolutely sent the wrong product they're pretty good. The question is what are you using to make the caps? A fill em quick machine, a 1, 2 or 300 hole plexiglass encapsulator?

A size 1 100 cap machine from China the ones all over amazon it's worked pretty good so far
