Hey yeah so not sure if this is the right place but wondering how often people give blood and what itís benefits are? There isnít a lot of reliable information out there on this subject and Iím curious to hear peopleís opinions.

Every 3 to 4 months. Lowered my hematocrit from 55 to 45. Huge benefits. Crucial on cycle in my opinion. Hematocrit can kill you. If your on trt, your doctor should be monitoring it. Mine said i'd have to see a specialist and pay out of pocket. Blood draw, retest, no harm done. Feels good actually. Like refreshing the body. Getting fresh blood.
I'm used to it so no sides after. Always double red.

As often as possible. I've been doing regular whole blood so every 8 weeks is as often as I can go. Keeps HCT, RD-W, HGB, and my other red cell counts down. Which, in turn, makes me feel just generally healthier and stops the headaches I get when those are high. Plus it's like an oil change for your body, replace that used blood with new lol

Are you guys referring to donating blood? And can you get in trouble for donating blood while on AAS? Is this a thing
