Hello! My name is Jack, I just joined, I am just getting back into lifting.... I took a 10 year break to build a career and now I'm just getting back into it. I use to take a ad-one (I believe that is what it is called). It produced minimal gains but enough that I could notice. I'm hoping to find something similar (a good oral option) since I don't see it around any more. In any case, looking forward to getting to know some of you.
