A depot is a pocket of the product deep into the muscle.

Injecting a suspension subQ or shallow IM could cause lumps or irritation, or even change absorption rate. But several people do with no problems, depending on amount, of course.

I do well on shallow IM with slin pins but wouldn't do a suspension subQ, which is more for solutions in water. Also, injectable winny is known for it's PIP.

With winny, obviously, you may also drink the suspension or use a pill or tab.

I was able to pin it with a 25 gauge pin IM but I don't think it will flow through a smaller pin.
