I've had a few "micro" tears over the years, but I had a weird one this weekend. Overhead press and about half way up, it felt like I was shocked from the left to the right across the bottom of my tricep. Right at the back of my elbow where it attaches. Looks like I will be doing rehab for press exercises for awhile. Should there be any concern about tendon injury? The shocking sensation was weird compared to what I'm used to.
