nobody? everyone who does things by themselves ...
Glad you're feeling good about your personal trainer. I never felt the need for one, even as a novice. I have invested so much time and research into exercise physiology and kineseolgy over the years that I always felt confident that I knew what I was doing. A lot of clients feel they need a personal trainer for motivation and accountability to get their asses to the gym, again, that's not me. Most of the personal trainers that I have seen in action put their clients at potential risk for injury because they have no idea what the hell they are doing, but if you feel good about yours, more power to you.
As with everything, your choice of a personal trainer depends on your goals. But now I needed a kick in the ass.
Both for training, for motivation and for nutrition.
I would definitely never go to some "standard" PT.
This, especially the last sentence X1,000!Glad you're feeling good about your personal trainer. I never felt the need for one, even as a novice. What shows did he win?I can not go into details, but I still wanted to share this moment with you.
My personal trainer this weekend won 3 gold medals, 2 pro cards and 2 trophies.
And you? from whom do you prepare? how much do you spend for this?
What shows did he win?

Lol k no biggietoo many details..sorry
I don't understand... can not I start a discussion anymore!?
I wanted to share this great victory and talk about PT-coach.
If you have it, if you like it, if it has brought you benefits or if you do better on your own and so on.
I shared my experience.
As already mentioned, I've done things myself for years.
But now I needed a kick in the ass because, in the last period, I had let myself go and almost give up.
I needed help and incentive for training, for nutrition and also for the motivation that a person can give you while you workout and keep you on the right track.
I was quite skeptical about finding someone prepared that could make me do the right things.
But in the end I came across this person and within 30-40 days my body changed a lot.
Now he has reached an important milestone as he is entering in a IFBB pro league.
I just wanted to share the moment and talk about PT-coach, that's all!

I had great results with a coach who has turned quite a few people pro across all divisions.
I've also had great results the last two years doing my own thing growing.
I will use a coach for contest prep because it's better for me to have someone looking at me since I have a distorted view of myself.
I think coaches who have been there and done that are very good to have. But THEM winning a pro card means dick imo.
Meadows would have never won a card if he didn't do 60 shows.
Aceto wasn't a pro.
Jansen isn't a pro.
Rambod isn't a pro.
I look at their clients. I don't care what my coach has done as long as he's done it at a higher then mediocre level because it's mainly genetics that turn you pro.
In the weekend he did 2 shows in the Ifbb Pro League.
One Saturday and one Sunday.
He won the Bodybuilding category with the respective Pro Card.
He won in the Physique category on Saturday and on Sunday he also won the overall title with respective second Pro Card.
Finally always Sunday won the pro cat. Bodybuilding.
3 gold medals, 2 pro cards and 2 trophies.
If he is a nationally certified personal trainer and using steroids he will loose his certification for life if the organization that certified him finds out.Phill,say. Also, why keep him secret? Most coaches would love to get their names out there. Free advertising. I have never seen Hany .
This thread just gets weirder and weirder.who said he uses steroids???
