Start with 1iu ED for few weeks. Then 1.5iu, then 2iu...
Stay there for longevity and well being.
For bodybuilding purposes, you want to go higher, like 3 or 4iu. Will help with leanness and tolerance of AAS. Higher if you want extra size, but watch for blood sugar or you may need insulin alongside your HGH and that's a whole new game.
You may want to experiment with morning only, split morning and night, 3 larger shots a week, etc.
