Had a hernia mesh repair in my groin and by doctors order I couldn't lift for 5 week, well that time is over. My doctor wasn't to knowledgeable about lifting but before that I was maxing 415 squat, 305bench, and 455dead. I know I must start low, but how low. 135? 185? 225? I was thinking of working my way on sets of 10 to a weight that decently challenging and reprogram from there.
I'm looking for reassurance I geuss.
