It's fairly simple but requires dedication. Logs can get redundant if the logger is simply copy/pasting his/her daily workout, macros, weight, etc. The best logs are unique and the logger actually puts thought into each post. 3-5 posts per week describing the entire experience from his/her perspective. How they feel, any changes, mood, appetite, sex drive, side effects, physical changes, strength changes, etc. Of course we want to see diet and workouts included, but not in such a repetitive cookie-cutter fashion. This is all complimented by regular picture updates and maybe a round or two of blood work.

A good log will never get stale or redundant and will keep people interested and following.

What kind of products would be offered on the log? I just had back surgery couple months ago and lost lots of my gains and weight during my recovery but im back in the gym now and eager to get back to how i was looking pre-surgery. Plus i have a cruise coming up in august :D

Typically we just decide on a fair amount to offer for the log, then we let the logger pick the products based on their goals. But this is V's thing so he may have a different idea in mind.

That's what I'm talking about. It's so beautiful you almost feel bad for cracking one open. It's like the fine china at your grandma's house that no one can use. Made only for display lol. I only made that mistake once....
