I'm really new to AAS, I mountain bike a lot, thinking of running my first cycle soon, I'm wondering if I will see an improvement in my endurance as well as my strength if I keep training and diet in check. I have chosen a fairly simple cycle to start of with and wondering what the benefits will be.
