Ok, I know alot of you guys aren't big fans of GNC, but their new sustained blend protein is delicious. It is like the JYM brand blend, with casein, whey isolate and hydro, and egg protein.
All the flavors I have seen have been based on cereals. The fruity crisps is what I tried, and it blows everything else I've tasted out of the water. And it only has 3g of carbs, so its not just loaded with sugar. I'm gonna get some just for those times when I don't have time to eat meal 3 or 4, or am a little low on protein for the day and about to go to bed.
Thought I would share for anybody looking for something like that, or that is tired to death of vanilla and chocolate lol.
