I'm new to these forums. I started lifting when I was 14 and have been lifting for close to 10 years. The last 3 were a lot more serious.
From what I can tell I have a relatively decent foundation of strength. I'm 6'2" currently weigh 216 (been bulking, gonna cut when I hit 220) @ about 20% BF. I am still completely natural.
My 1 rep maxes:
Bench - 275
Squat - 315 (legit ATG)
Deadlift - 375
I am generally looking to talk with anyone who is also interested in bodybuilding and has some experience under their belt. Hopefully also pick a few brains with anyone who is willing to spar mentally.
