What's up everyone. Been around the forums for years but took some time off from lifting so the forums got the back seat too. Back at it again though.

Current stats
202lbs
6'2
appprox 17%bf
27 years old

currently cutting, down from 250lb fat as hell. Goin down to 190lbs.

Will be hitting other sections to get updated on everything new in bodybuilding/dieting
