Not that is a super big deal but are you all able to see my "profile picture"? I added one but when i post i dont see it under my name. Thought it may not show for me and only for people viewing the post.

Ha, the sad thing is im supposedly a I.T. professional. Ill check in to it more when i get home. I imagine there is a serious size limit?
