I haven't done that much research into it myself. My coach recently recommended it, and the guy never pushes products but he swore by this one so I gave it a try and really like it.

I'm sorry to hear that, dementia is one of my biggest fears in life. Apparently this stuff has some neuroregenerative effect, if so that could definitely help assist in preventing dementia.
