Hey guys, I just turned 29. 5'11" 230 pounds (give or take). I powerlifted back in college, won state back in '03 I believe. Got out of lifting for a long, long time, but I've been back in the swing of things for a year and half. Tore my pec about 7 months ago, didnt get surgery, and it' still nagging me to this day. Just now able to start putting a little weight on it. Still scared to go heavy tho.

Currently just started a cycle of MLG gear and I noticed that dealer is pretty popular on here. A buddy of mine got it for me. So wish me luck :)

bro did you completely tear your pec if so you NEED surgery i had my pec completely ruptured from my shoulder and got the surgery its been about 2 years and im still not 100% but without the surgery you will never come close to recovering full strength not to mention the deformation
