I take the same stuff all the time.

Multi. Whatever brand I happen to have at the time. Because I don't get enough from food

Fish oil, Kirkland 5/day.

Vitamin d, 2000iu. Because I'm always low without it

Vitamin c, 1g because it lower cortisol and has many other benefits

Niacinamide, 1g a day. Keeps my lipids including triglycerides in decent ranges, I have predisposition to bad lipids

I'll use taurine sometimes in case I get crampy feeling. That's about it

Same as always.

(Health)
Berberine
NAC
ALA
Curcumin
Citrus Bergamot
Ubiquinol
Fish Oil
Vitamin D
Magnesium
Super-Greens Phytonutrient Supplement

(Digestion)
Inulin
Fructo-Ogliosacharrides

(Gains)
Magnesium Creatine Chelate

(Mental State/Anxiety)
Ashwagandha
Phosphatidylserine

Probably a few others that I just forget about. I drink Apple Cider Vinegar when I remember too.

Probiotoics aren't very useful unless you're just really lacking bacteria. Maybe after a go around with some antibiotics for example. Prebiotics are much better.

This would be most people. And most people still have deficiencies. Real whole food, isn't enough for people who do what we do. Considering we already push our bodies past what it was intended with steroids and the lifting of cylindrical shaped objects.
