View Full Version : PSL Sponosred Clen Log Booty Shorts and Sports Bras here I come

Hey Guys and Gals:
Big Thanks to PSL and Vision for hooking me up. This is my first log on the forum here so please go gentle. I am hoping to make PSL proud. They gave me a chance and I am going to do everything I can to make this a great log. I will be taking Clen for the next 12 weeks. I am 5í5 156lbs at the moment. I have been stressed over the last 6 weeks from moving from NY to Arizona. No gym, not eating right and did I SAY STRESS!!! My goal would be to lose 20-25lbs over the next 3 months while using this, but I am realistic. So lets see what happens.
The packaging of the product was very discret and looked like a regular package in the mail. Which is always good. The tabs are 40mcg and I will outline my plan for the next 12 weeks of how I plan to take them.
Week 1-2: 20mcg
Week 3-5: 40mcg
Week 6-8: 60mcg
Week 9-10: 80mcg
Week 11-12: 100mcg
If anyone has suggestions let me know. I will be also taking Potassium 595mg daily for muscle craps. I have heard that some people take Taurine as well? Also heard about Benadryl after 4 weeks of use but read mix reviews. Any thoughts?
Diet:
6 days as follows:
Meal 1: 4 egg whites 1 piece of bread
Meal 2: 1 scoop Protein 10 almonds
Meal 3: 6 oz tuna and salad
Meal 4: 6 oz chicken, beef, or steak 4-6 oz rice or potatoes
Something like that. Not exact but pretty close
1 day as follows:
Meal 1: 4 egg white with veggies and 2 pieces of bread
Meal 2: 1 scoop Protein 10 almonds
Meal 3: 6 oz tuna 4-6 oz rice, baked potato os sweet potato
Meal 4: 6 oz steak, beef, or chicken 4-6 oz rice or potato
Again something to that effect. I love oatmeal so I know it will be in there somewhere as a substitute.
Cardio 3-4x a week either on the elliptical or treadmill. I will also be walking my Pitbull who I will post pics of :) for at least 20 mins a day. Also living in Arizona now I will probably riding my bicycle instead of inside cardio.
Gym Routine as follows:
Day 1:
Squats 3x5
Lunges 3x10
Glute Bridges 3x10
Lat Pulldowns 3x10
DB Curls 2x10

Day 2:
Deadlifts 3x5
Hamstring Curls 3x10
Military Press 2x8
Pushdowns 2x10
Calfs 3x12

OFF

Day 4:
Squats 3x5
Leg Ext 2x10
Bulgarin Split Squats 2x10
Cable Rows 2x10
Front and Side Raises 2x10
BB Curls 2x10

Day 5:
Sumo Deads 3x5
Goblet Squats 2x10
Bench Press 2x10
Flyes 2x15
Pushdowns 2x10
Calfs 3x12

OFF
OFF
Repeat

Any suggestions please let me know. Again thanks to PSL and Vision for giving me a shot. Hope to see everyone following along. I already drink about a gallon a day but feel I will add more. Took 20mcg today to start this off. Will be posting all sides and effects daily.
After first dose today a little bump in my energy not much but was there. Was a little more thirsty as well. Also will be posting FOOD PORN as well cause I love to cook. May not sound great based on diet but I will hook it up. Donít worry. If I need to add anything let me know.

Don't forget potassium sups, and you can also add electrolyte supplementation, this will assist a lot!

I also noticed you have a pit? lets see this beauty, when you have time!

I am curious if You are running the clen 12 weeks straight? I have always done 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I had thought it is hard on the heart and can lose effectiveness quickly. Anyone who's has more info I would be interested. If these things aren't true I could stop taking 2 weeks off. [emoji16]

Things going great so far. Again only a few days but have noticed an increase in thirst during the day. Somewhat hard to cut pill in half but itís ok. Been taking in the am since I am busy during the day then hit the gym later on in the day. Donít want to take right before or should I. Have heard will mess with heart rate if doing cardio? Here was workout for today

Squats 3x5 135
Lunges 3x10 DB 15lbs each hand
Glute Bridges 3x10 i always have a hard time setting these up but did 155
Lat Pulldowns 3x10 75lbs
DB Curls 2x10 15lbs each hand
getting back into the gym from loooog break. Just about 6 weeks. I will be going hard these 12 weeks for great results. Walked Charlie the pit for 20mins

Thanks everyone for stopping by. Since everyone once to see the puppy I will post a few pics. LOL. Things going good so far. Only a few days in. Only problem having is cutting the tabs in half. Used a pill cutter today and better but not perfect, any advice. Tried small nail scissors, tried breaking in half, pill cutter works best but some crums on tab. I am ok with that. Workout below. Food pics soon.
Deadlifts 3x5 @ 135
Hamstring Curls 3x10 @ 30 these are single leg standing
Military Press 2x8 @ 25 each side hammer strength
Pushdowns 2x10 @ 50
Calfs 3x12 @ 45lbs seated

Another day in the books. Really having to up my water. I have noticed I am more thirsty. No craps or any sides really. Gym going great. More energy donít know how much that is from the product maybe just getting back into the gym is helping. Food prep this weekend so will take some pics

This is contrary to what Iíve known about Clen. Past 2 weeks the receptors should be saturated tk the point of losing effectiveness. Are you running ketofin to combat the saturation? No off time?

Hi There Mrs. Skullz,

have used PSL clen in the past and the tabs are tinyyyyyyy ;) pill cutter didn't work for me either, id shoot it across the room LOL. Just resorted to a simple razor blade on a solid surface. I MUCH preferred their tabs to the liquid chem clen tho. Seemed not to mess with my glucose levels like the liquid did.

I run two weeks on 2 weeks off. But I am gonna try to go 2 weeks on 1 week off and see if the one week of is enough to let receptors heal enough to be sufficient.

It poses a threat to your heart (not sure at what dose and for what length of time)
Also after 2weeks of straight use, like previously stated, what we have all read and heard, is loss of effectiveness.

Things going great so far. Water intake up above a gallon cause I am so thirsty. Have taken a few times close to gym time but no cardio on those days and seem to be ok. About an hour prior and ok. Diet going great. Have some food pics to post later on. Walking Charlie daily for about 30 mins. Not really walk she tends to go pretty fast. LOL.
Workout:
Sumo Deads 3x5 @ 105
Goblet squats 3x10 @ 35
Hammer Bench 2x10 @ 25lbs each side
Flyes on Machine 2x15 @ 40lbs
Pushdowns 3x10 @ 37.5
Glute Machine 3x10 @ 100lb

On my second week and things going good so far. Feeling better each day getting back into the gym. Like I said has been just about 2 month break due to move and getting settled. Diet going well and workouts getting better. Walking Charlie daily 25-30 mins. Need to add real cardio starting Sunday. Here is the workout from the other day.

Squats 3x5 135
Leg Ext 2x10 @70lbs
Bulgarin Split Squats 2x10 22.5 each hand
Cable Rows ending up being hammer plate rows. 2x10 @35lbs each side
Front and Side Raises 2x10 @ 12.5lbs
BB Curls 2x10 35lbs ez bar

I am down 3lbs so far. Again I have been away for 2 months with move. Ate like crap. Cleaning things up and hitting the gym finally. Cardio starts Sunday.

Give me some time and I will get there donít worry when i am getting close you will get some more pics. So like I said I am 5í5 so most of my weight in ass and thighs. Trying to work on legs mostly to give them better shape. Here was my workout from the other day.
Deadlifts 3x5 135 I know I will go up next time. These were easy
Standing leg curls 3x10 30lbs each leg.
Military press 2x8 on plate loaded machine 25lbs these hurt my shoulder and always have due to prior injury and surgery i need to find another exercise any suggestions
Pushdown 3x10 37.5 lbs I can go heavier next time
Seated calf raises 3x12 @ 45lbs
Walking the dog 30 mins. She is happy that she is getting the walks. Fixing my bicycle tomorrow so I can start riding as well. Diet going well. I also am taking 40mcg now started today.

You should consider running 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with an eca stack during the off period. You will yield better results. Your body will not be as effected by the clen as time progresses with continual use. Just my opinion.

I am allergic to aspirin. Would like to learn more about this though. I am on my third week right now.

Caffiene pills can bought almost anywhere and i would buy primetene from the pharmacy. You need an id and i think theres a 2 box limit per month. Its technically an asthma medicine.

In theory, yes. But there hasnít been any claims from actual human consumption that promotes that theory. Though there is plenty of experience supporting the degradation of the effects from continuous use of clen. I can vouch for that first hand

Iím not a fan of gw honestly. There will be mixed reviews on what Iím about to say but, I wouldnít waste my money on it. If your diet is great, training is tough and youíre doing everything in your power, there should be no reason for it.

I would. The longer you stay on clen, the weaker the effects will become and you will need to continue to up the dose. The point of this is to use the least amount as possible and cycle it in and off to stay healthy. The higher the dose becomes, the greater the sides will get. So if you can avoid that, make the clen last longer and keep yourself further away from harm, why wouldnít you? More doesnít have to always be more or yield greater results. I think a lot of people get that messed up in their head. Sometimes minimal amounts can have excellent results if used properly and all other areas of this lifestyle are in check.

Things going well. Will stop by the store and pick up EC Stack this weekend. Workouts and diet going well. My husband (eyeguy) says can see a difference already but I donít. We are always harder on ourselves.
Worlkout:
Goblet squats 3x10 @ 35lbs
Hack Squats 3x5 @ 45lbs each side feet high on foot placement and wide. These were easy
Flat Bench 2x10 @ 75lbs these were easy as well.
Flyes on machine 3x12 @ 45lbs
Tricep ext machine 2x12 @ 40lbs
Glute kickback machine 2x15 @ 70 lbs each leg
Cardio with the dog as always. She is getting leaner to. LOL. Will be doing cardio at the gym come sunday most likely bike or elliptical

Another workout in the books. Hack squats I am feeling today in my lower back some. I think I may have not been all the way against the pad. Cause it HURTS!! Other then that I am ok. Workout from yesterday is as follows. Wish I could see a difference but I donít. My husband (eyeguy) said yes.
Leg press 3x5 @ 4 plates each side (45lbs)
Leg ext 3x10 @ 70
Low Rows v grip 3x10 @ 70lbs could go heavier

Another workout in the books. Hack squats I am feeling today in my lower back some. I think I may have not been all the way against the pad. Cause it HURTS!! Other then that I am ok. Workout from yesterday is as follows. Wish I could see a difference but I donít. My husband (eyeguy) said yes.
Leg press 3x5 @ 4 plates each side (45lbs)
Leg ext 3x10 @ 70
Low Rows v grip 3x10 @ 70lbs could go heavier

Thanks for stopping by. No worries we are all busy. I started foam rolling a little which seems to help. Even though in Arizona I have a heating blanket on my back everyday just cause I am always cold. You are right we are always more hard in ourselves

I am sticking with the original plan and going to run straight through. I am allergic to aspirin so ECA stack donít know. Workouts and diets going good. Meal prepping is making things go easier for myself and husband. Weight still around the same but looking better according to my husband like I said. Cardio with dog as always 20-30mins daily. Starting doing HITT twice a week. Here is the past two workouts.

In theory, yes. But there hasnít been any claims from actual human consumption that promotes that theory. Though there is plenty of experience supporting the degradation of the effects from continuous use of clen. I can vouch for that first hand

Another day down. Things seem to be going pretty well. My husband Eyeguy says that I am looking better every week. He is just so nice to me. Workouts seem to be going pretty well also. Strength coming along nicely. I think its muscle memory since I didnít lift for a bit while moving and packing. Here is the workout from today.

Sumo Deadís 3x5 95 these were ok just have to get better form.
Goblet squats 3x10 @ 30lbs these were pretty easier. I may go up next week.
Incline Bench Press 3x10 65lbs I know I am weak here. I will get better.
Flyes on Pec-Dec 2x15 @55lbs
Push Downs 3x10 40lbs
Abs 3x15
Walking and running with Charlie 20-25mins today.

Clen is a selective beta 2 agonists which causes receptor down regulation. Ephedrine isn't selective, it's an alpha and beta agonist. It also does so indirectly by causing the release of noradrenaline. This is also why it doesn't down regulate as heavily like other class medications. Ketotifen upregulates beta receptors. It also increases density and sensitivity of receptors. There's a reason these are all commonly used respiratory medications...including ephedrine.

This is why 2 weeks clen (or less, some prefer weekly) and using EC during an equal length off work best. Ketotifen is not required, but it most definitely helps.

Its kinda like stepper i guess. The one yoy can choose the resistance and the slope. What i love about that one is that u can move in different ways. I like to listen to my music and do a little Dance haha.

My knee has been hurting yesterday and today so skipped legs. I know I know. So did a chest and tri workout. Husband was in charge. So this is how it went.
Incline bench 3x10 75lbs
Seated fly machine 3x12 40lbs

My favorite is getting on that stair master and doing some HIIT. 15 minutes leaves me dripping in sweat and feeling good. I usually will go and cool down on the bike.

Quick update from the gym yesterday.
Flat Bench 3x12 @ 75lbs
Incline Bench 3x12 @ 75 lbs
Low Rows. 3x12 @ 75lbs
One Arm Rows 3x12 @ 30lbs could have gone heavier
EZ bar curls 3x10 @ 40lbs
Pushdowns 3x12 @ 35lbs
Walked Charlie 20 mins

Abduction ss adduction 3x15 @ 80lbs
Standing single leg curls 3x15 @40lbs
Hack squats feet high on plate 3x15 @90lbs each side
Elliptical 20 mins hitt 30sexs fast then one min slow
Walked Charlie 20 mins

Hope the progress is coming along. We look at ourselves everyday and is hard to tell. Plus that stupid scale. Workout from yesterday.
Bent over row 3x15 @ 65
Wide bar low rows 3x15 @ 70
Incline DB bench 3x15 @ 25
Pec dec 3x15 @ 55
Pushdows superset with ez bar cable curls 3x15 @ 30lbs each
20 mins on the elliptical
walked Charlie 20 mins

Sorry for the delay been really only doing cardio this week. Pipe leak in rental that has us living in hotels waiting for them to fix this crap. GRRRRR!

Things have been going well. Sorry for not posting. Been still hitting the gym, cardio, walking the dog. But Have been dealing with home contracts about flood, living in hotel, and still preparing for daughter wedding in July. She is BRIDEZILLA. One week left. I am greatful for the opportunity that Vision and PSL has given me to run there products even though being a new member on the boards. I have learned a lot from them and everyone on the boards. I am happy that I have joined and hope to continue my relationship with PSL. Great service and great help. Thanks everyone for following along my journey. It will continue as this is just another step closer to where I want to be.

Itís a process. If it was easy and gave instant results everyone would look amazing, right? If youíre making progress, and you feel stronger and healthier, then youíre doing something right. The rest will come with time and dedication and consistency. (This is starting to sound like the internal pep talk I give myself when Iím feeling down on my own progress!)
