In my continuing quest for knowledge in AAS, I came across some posts where people are taking orals as a pre.
What, if any, would you use? For what reason?
I'm looking at my current pre-workout and it does nothing for me anymore. I still get some tingles if there's beta alinine in it, but nothing special.
Considering trying something, specifically for leg day. Not so much other days, except maybe chest or if I'm feeling especially tired on arm day (Friday).
Any suggestions?
