DEWITT, N.Y. -- A kidnapping investigation in DeWitt led deputies to the biggest cocaine bust in Onondaga County's history.

William Sullivan, 38, of DeWitt, was arrested Friday by the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office after a domestic violence and drug investigation. He was charged with kidnapping his wife and possessing more than $3 million worth of cocaine.

A second man, Anthony Brigman, 47, of Syracuse, was also arrested in connection with the drug investigation.

Onondaga County Sheriff Eugene Conway announced the arrests during a news conference Thursday.

The incident that ended in a drug bust started with a domestic violence investigation.

Sullivan spent hours assaulting his 26-year-old wife on Friday at their 108 Cedar Lane home in DeWitt, deputies said.

After attacking his wife, Sullivan bound his wife up with duct tape and put her in a plastic bag, Conway said. Sullivan then put his wife inside a box, put her in the trunk of his vehicle and drove around Syracuse, the sheriff said.

Sullivan eventually let his wife out of the trunk, deputies said. She immediately called 911.

The woman was treated at a local hospital for non life-threatening injuries, deputies said.

Deputies started investigating the domestic violence at 9:48 p.m. Friday. While investigating, deputies executed a search warrant at the DeWitt home.

Investigators found evidence linked to the kidnapping inside the home, deputies said. They also discovered evidence of "significant" drug crimes, deputies said.

During the investigation, deputies linked Sullivan to a Syracuse home. Investigators executed a search warrant at 100 Sheridan Place and discovered nearly 200 pounds of drugs, deputies said.

Deputies said multiple items were seized from the Sheridan Place home including:

55 pounds of cocaine
135 pounds of marijuana
About $90,000
Evidence linked to the kidnapping
Sullivan was arrested the night of the search.

For the domestic violence incident, Sullivan was charged with:

Second-degree kidnapping
Third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
Second-degree menacing
Second-degree harassment.
For the drug investigation, he was charged with:

First-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
First-degree criminal possession of marijuana
Three counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Anthony Brigman, the owner of the Sheridan Place home, was also arrested.

Brigman was charged with:

First-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
Seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
First-degree criminal possession of marijuana
Three counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Sullivan is being held in the Onondaga County Justice Center without bail. Brigman is not listed in custody.

Conway said the sheriff's office and other local, state and federal authorities are continuing to investigate.

"This is a very significant quantity of drugs," Conway said. "Certainly they would be more than street-level dealers."

Well if you’re sitting on 22 bricks of blow street values go out the window lol. A kilo of blow in El Laredo Mexico is like $8-9k and in El Laredo Texas literally crossing a line a few feet of dirt ups the price $3-5k. So the price to move blow to Syracuse probably takes your $12-15k kilo to probably $25-30k
