I'm starting lifting
I'm 29 yo from Luxembourg, 73 kg for 188 cm. Ectomorph.
Aiming at 80 kg working on basics exercises for mass (legs day, pec day, back day). 3 short but intensive workouts per week (I'm ectomorphic). A few specific days for shoulders, arms, abs will be inserted in my monthly schedule.
